Overall Experience
We were extremely happy with the care, kindness and patience shown towards our mother by Thorough Homecare during the 12-day period of live-in care. We were kept up to date with how Mum was doing via the app so could see how well she was eating and how she had been spending her time. She was even taken for a trip to the seaside one day, which she loved. We would happily use Thorough Homecare again.

Overall Experience
Thorough Care is definitely thorough! Home visits were organised beforehand to get as much information about my mother as possible. The carers were really lovely and kept in touch with the family throughout the live-in care period. My mum was happy staying in her own home and maintaining her routine. The agency manager even came over one day and took my mother and her carer to the beach!
