Tammy and her carers, primarily Patrick and Dennis in this case, have cared for my father in law for the last weeks of his life. He was initially very apprehensive but quickly revised his view and welcomed their visits. They were very committed, professional and friendly, going that extra step when needed. We quickly grew to value them. On behalf of the wider family a big thankyou.
After my wifes unexdpected and sudden loss of mobility, Matrix provided exactly the care that she needed. The first visit was in place within 24 hours of our initial contact with the company. The carers are really friendly, very professional and so empathetic towards our needs, timekeeping is immaculate and planned to our needs. The care and concern goes over and above what I expected. A programme of physio, designed to help my wife walk has been initiated and is showing great signs of success. I am now optimistic that she will walk again. Costs are very reasonable. I am so happy with the care receive and the positive results this care is demonstrating.
It is so heart-warming to read reviews like this and it makes us so proud. It's good to know that our work, our training, our carers makes a difference. We appreciate your feedback and are delighted to support your lovely wife.
Pay attention to every request made. I would recommend your service any time.
