My husband has dementia and Parkinson's and Careview have provided support every morning to get him up showered dressed breakfast etc . for the last few months .
It has made a huge positive difference to my life . The girls are professional kind empathetic and hard working . At times they have had
to be flexible and respond to different situations as they arise which they have done with good will and respect .
I am totally happy with the service we have received and would highly recommend them .

We have been extremely pleased with the quality of care my mother has received.
They show compassion and care is of a high standard . I would be happy to recommend this company any time .
All care is very holistic and clear recognition of strength and needs of my mother to support her at each visit.
Staff have gone above and. Beyond their duty to ensure all of my mother needs and wishes are met.

The service for my Mum was amazing the level of care professionalism and integrity was excellent.
The assessment and thoroughness of the service was also exceptional.
I was so impressed with the communication and also integrity in recognising when Mum no longer needed the service rather than dragging
it out for Financial gain.
I will definitely recommend and also use the service again.

Short and sweet
We as a family found home care to be excellent looking after my father-in-law

I contacted Care View when my dad came out of hospital, and it became clear we would need extra Help.
The manager has been incredible, she genuinely cares and made us feel at ease at a difficult time. She goes above and beyond, and takes the time to ensure the best possible care is provided.
She
has been a wonderful support to us in many ways, as well as managing dad' care.
The ladies looking after dad day to day were so kind and lovely and they cared for him with sensitivity and dignity. They would also make him smile and laugh (something we hadn't seen for a while) and he really looked forward to his visits.
My mum was initially nervous about having strangers coming into the home, but they were very professional, doing what they needed seemlessly, it never felt uncomfortable for her.
The team at Care View will never know how much pressure they took off our shoulders, and I will be eternally grateful to them Thank you x

Care View (CV) started providing care for Mum just before Christmas, when the NHS Reablement Team finished, after her spell in hospital. The care is primarily for her medication but also covers personal care when required. They also make sure Mum has a cup of tea and has been eating. They have been
excellent. Caring and friendly with my Mum, there is a small team which means that Mum always has a familiar, friendly face. Care View comes in twice a day, and my sister and I are informed by email of their check-in and check-out times and there is a report about each visit. We are also informed by text if the team have any concerns about our Mum. This gives us great peace of mind knowing Mum is looked after each day. Another word that comes to mind with Care View is professional. We cannot speak highly enough about them.

Care View started providing mum's care when she came home from hospital. I was impressed at the initial meeting at their professional approach, how they took time to establish what mum's requirements were, and what additional things they could do to help mum.
The carers are friendly, and respect mum's
dignity. There is a small team of carers who support mum, which is important to us as mum does not cope with change well.
Mum knows day to day who is coming and at what time. Timekeeping is exceptionally good.
We are extremely grateful for everything Care View do for mum, it gives us great peace of mind that mum can continue to live at home knowing that they are supporting her and looking after all her personal needs.

The manager and her team have been a wonderful support for my mother since she stopped driving, helping her get out of the house now and then, ensuring she has regular company and food in the fridge. The team go above and beyond and have even assisted my mum with some GP and dentist visits. I really
appreciate the manager's honest, kind and collaborative approach and helping craft the right care plan for my Mum.

I contacted Care View Ltd for home respite care for my mother whilst I was away. I was assured that they could provide the appropriate level of care for Mum. The personnel were helpful, confident and professional. They took the time to understand Mum's personal needs and went the extra mile to accommodate

Having used another local provider who was sadly not providing any useful service, I have found Care View to be a breath of fresh air. They have taken the time and trouble to find out my mother's exact needs and have gone the extra mile. They have succeeded where the previous agency failed. It is a
great comfort to me to know they are looking after my mother as I live 3 hours away. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
