Care View was created with a clear vision: to provide a truly bespoke home care service that can be adapted and tailored around each individual, allowing people to remain at home while receiving care that is personal to them.

Having worked within the care sector for over 15 years, I have gained a wealth of knowledge and experience. One value that has always remained at the heart of everything I do is that every client should be treated with the same kindness, dignity and compassion we would expect for our own families.

Since establishing Care View, I am incredibly proud of how we have grown and become a trusted care provider within our local community. Much of our growth has come through recommendations from clients, families and local professionals, which means so much to me and the team.

My role now is not only to support our clients and their families, but to lead and develop our team, ensuring the values Care View was built on continue to be reflected in the care we provide every day.

I love working with Care View and being part of a team that supports and makes a difference within our local community.

I have recently achieved my Level 2 qualification in Dementia Care, an area I am particularly passionate about. I enjoy supporting individuals living with dementia and helping to ensure they receive personalised, compassionate and understanding care.

As Team Lead, I support our care team out in the community, helping them to feel confident in their roles and ensuring we continue to provide a high standard of care to all of our clients.
