A service user may need help showering, getting dressed, or with other elements of their personal care. They may instead be recovering from a stay in hospital and require reablement care and support through discharge back into their home. Perhaps it is the family and loved ones with existing care responsibilities who need respite care and support to provide them with the time and space for recuperation.
Lago Homecare can also provide high quality care and support to those living with learning disabilities. This is always delivered with the service user at the heart of what they do, and with a keen focus on outcomes-based care and support.

Overall Experience
Lago Homecare come to look after my friend who is now 85 years old and in very poor health and not able to look after himself. They are an excellent team, friendly, compassionate and excellent with the care they are giving him. Would highly recommend this team of lovely people.

I developed skills and experience in that time but my real passion was in managing and leading people. I also wanted to leave work every day feeling that I was making a positive difference.
I moved into the care sector because of the influence of my grandparents on my life, and also because I believe that there is an opportunity to build a different kind of care provider - one that prioritises quality of care and their staff equally.
