I've been receiving care from B Caring for over two years, and I've had some really positive experiences thanks to a few truly fantastic carers I've met. However, in recent months, I've become disappointed with the lack of consistency. I've raised concerns about not having the same caregiver regularly, and some newer ones seem unsure even after a few visits. Sadly, my complaints haven't been addressed, and at times, it feels like the care provider is more driven by money than by ensuring consistent, high-quality care. So, while I'm grateful for the great carers I've had, overall, I have to give them 2 stars due to these recent issues.
Could do with looking into washer to see if clothes are washed. Not put dirty clothes on top. Could look at cutting mums nails also wash hair. Overall things are good and near all do as they should.
