I highly recommend PentaCare of Worthing. The carers who visit my Mum are absolutely wonderful - kind, caring and reliable - and she gets on so well with all of them. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Most importantly, they treat Mum as a person rather than simply someone they are there to care for, which means such a lot to both of us.
As a daughter, it means so much to know that Mum is being looked after by people who genuinely care about her. PentaCare gives me such peace of mind, and I'm incredibly grateful to Simon and all the lovely carers for everything they do.

PentaCare have provided invaluable support to our elderly father since he returned home after a lengthy hospital stay. The care initially arranged for him had proved unsatisfactory, but from the outset PentaCare took time to understand a difficult and changing situation and provide the reliable, flexible support he needed. Our father was physically weaker, more confused and struggling to adjust to being home. Fiercely independent, he has been reluctant and at times resistant to accepting help. The carers have handled this with great patience, kindness and sensitivity, building his trust while respecting his dignity and independence. Communication has been excellent. We can see the outcome of each visit almost immediately, which is enormously reassuring.
PentaCare's support has helped our father recover well and remain safely in the flat he loves so much. We are extremely grateful to the whole team and would recommend them without hesitation.

We have been beyond thrilled with the service we have received from Pentacare. It is always a last resort to let a stranger in to care for a loved one and the care, attention to detail and overall quality of staff provision, knowledge and the extraordinary personalised care plan that has been created specifically for my Grandmother has made her recent health and mobility declines so much more manageable for our family. We can not thank their team enough for going the extra mile and treating My Grandmother with such kindness and dignity.

Hello, I’m Simon — the Registered Manager of PentaCare (West Sussex & Hove), proudly serving West and East Sussex.
With over 30 years’ experience in the care sector — including 25 years in management — I’ve led services across residential care, supported living, complex needs, autism support, and most recently, over 4 years in domiciliary home care. I’ve worked with local authorities, NHS teams, and national care providers, and I bring all of that experience into every care plan we create.
But care isn’t just my profession — it’s deeply personal. Growing up with close family members with autism and learning disabilities taught me early on the importance of empathy, consistency, and treating each person as an individual. Those values are at the heart of PentaCare.
I started the PentaCare office in Sussex to offer something different: local, relationship-based care that never compromises on quality. My goal is simple — to build a small, trusted team that treat people the way we’d want our own families to be treated.
I’m here and involved every day, and always happy to meet in person to see how we can help.
