Having Advanced Multiple Sclerosis now, I am VERY happy to be settled in to a company that genuinely has my Care 'at heart.' I say this having, since 2014, been with five (5) different care providing companies and nearly 300 care individuals. Discovery Home Care being the latter and the best one - by far!
The management of Discovery Home Care is the reason for my 5 star recommendation. Caroline, with her academic qualification in Management, experience of actual Care Provision - currently substituting when necessary, - a caring, listening and monitoring manner towards all her staff, and sheer HARD WORK, make the company's provision of my care, praiseworthy.
Discovery Home Care's longtime nurse keeps staff up-to-date with all training and supervision. Karen, is also well known to Clients.

Discovery Home Care's carers know they are responsible for my privacy, dignity and respect and they make me feel at ease. Any issues on either side, will be dealt with fairly and promptly.

We changed to Discovery Homecare when our previous company was not effectively meeting the needs of my parents. Since the move to Discovery around 3 months ago the care provided has been of an excellent standard. Staff are compassionate, caring and friendly. I feel supported and know I can ask questions, be responded to in a timely manner and communication in general between staff and myself is very good.
My parents are happy with the care and feel they have consistency with who cares for them which was seriously lacking with the previous company.

I feel the staff go above and beyond what I had expected from a care company, taking on additional tasks to ensure a holistic approach to care which meets my parents ever changing needs and allows me to be a daughter again. Thank you Discovery Homecare.
