I can only say I have been very well cared for. The care is excellent. Thoughtful carers have been kind, thorough, remembering all my numerous needs. They always check everything has been done.

Overall Experience

One very kind lady and her lovely team have helped our family to negotiate the difficulties that we have had with my mum and her vascular dementia. Always on the end of a phone giving support and catering to the ever changing needs of the effects on my mum. It has been a journey that I don't think we would have been able to take without the support that Ethica Care have given us. I would highly recommend.

Overall Experience

Unfortunately you are not allowed to name people in your review, but I would like to say that the management of the West Sussex branch (one lady in particular )was amazing and very kind to my poorly mum and always took on board, What we as a family wanted for our mum. Mum sadly died quite soon after we started care but the management of ethica care were there when she was admitted to hospital and came to her funeral and even brought flowers. For us as a family we were very grateful and felt that certain Lady went above and beyond what we expected thank you very much V. From us all xxx

The care my cousin is receiving is kind, considerate and helpful to her recovery, and the communication and support from the office are outstanding. I hold power of attorney for my cousin and have been updated and consulted frequently on her care plan and progress, which has been of great help to me also at this difficult time. Vicky Crowhurst

I have worked in the care sector for the last 10 years, starting my career in domiciliary care before progressing into more specialised roles. I have experience as a specialised care worker, a palliative care worker, and later in reablement, where I developed a strong understanding of a wide range of conditions and complex needs. Through dedication and continual growth, I worked my way up to my current role as a Care & Branch Manager.

In my role, I support families with their loved ones’ care needs and ensure that every individual receives high-quality, person-centred support. I complete detailed care assessments, conduct regular reviews, and make sure all client needs are fully met.

I recruit and support my care team to deliver compassionate and professional care. I work closely with local authorities and other healthcare professionals to coordinate services and uphold the highest standards across the branch.

My responsibilities also include managing day-to-day operations, maintaining strong and trusting relationships with families, and ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements. I am committed to providing exceptional care and creating a supportive, safe environment for both clients and staff.
