We joined Ethica in their early days, their service was always excellent. The only trouble was because we live quite far away from their usual calls we got some late overdue calls. The staff were excellent and extremely efficient and caring. I wish we could have stayed with them. We both got on well with all the carers and staff. Sorry to see them go.

I have been receiving care from Ethica care now for a while and I can honestly say the support is second to none it's amazing from managements continued support with certain situations and fighting for a result all the way to the girls that look after me on a day to day basis the dignity and respect they give and allow me to continue on as normal life as possible is amazing. Wouldn't want to be anywhere else

I can only say I have been very well cared for. The care is excellent. Thoughtful carers have been kind, thorough, remembering all my numerous needs. They always check everything has been done.

One very kind lady and her lovely team have helped our family to negotiate the difficulties that we have had with my mum and her vascular dementia. Always on the end of a phone giving support and catering to the ever changing needs of the effects on my mum. It has been a journey that I don't think we would have been able to take without the support that Ethica Care have given us. I would highly recommend.

All care staff are great

Unfortunately you are not allowed to name people in your review, but I would like to say that the management of the West Sussex branch (one lady in particular )was amazing and very kind to my poorly mum and always took on board, What we as a family wanted for our mum. Mum sadly died quite soon after we started care but the management of ethica care were there when she was admitted to hospital and came to her funeral and even brought flowers. For us as a family we were very grateful and felt that certain Lady went above and beyond what we expected thank you very much V. From us all xxx

The care my cousin is receiving is kind, considerate and helpful to her recovery, and the communication and support from the office are outstanding. I hold power of attorney for my cousin and have been updated and consulted frequently on her care plan and progress, which has been of great help to me also at this difficult time. Our sincere thanks.

Both my son (client) and I (his mother and carer) are very satisfied with the service we received. All the carers are pleasant, seem competent and are understanding to my son's needs. He has learning disability as well as physical.

I am happy with service. Very reliable.

Some carers have been good, some better than others, it's easy to see the ones with less experience, all have treated us both with respect. Furnishing in the house is not very well respected, should always wipe feet when entering the house and in inclement weather, should always wear feet covers and should not put equipment on the settee or chairs in case of spillage. In most cases arrive on time.

Carers are really good and considerate.

Ethica are the third agency we have had and they are the best by far. The carers are hard-working and respectful and the office team listen to your needs and work hard to meet them.

My regular carer was away and the replacement was the same lady for both my weekday visits. Thank you.

I am writing this review on behalf of my husband's provider Ethical Care who are very professional in what they do. The carers have become part of our family. The carers can't do enough for my husband.

You were more than aware of the carer refusing to leave as it was reported to safeguarding and I was being repeatedly called by your office and made to feel intimidated into dropping the safeguarding concern and as you were saying the staff stayed for the whole call is rubbish, and can be proven with CCTV from my brother's address at the other end of Hemel, proving the main carer was spending the whole call at his house have barbecues in his back garden, so again more lies.
