After being ill for some time, and getting over Pneumonia, I realised I needed help, possibly with a care agency, as I had no energy to keep my house clean and tidy.
I emailed the company and an appointment was made for a lady to come and chat to me in my home. She asked what jobs I wanted doing, and also how I liked things done.
I had a carer the next week, who's was good and began getting on top of things for me. A fortnight later he came with a lady showing her what to do etc and I took to her immediately.
I contacted the office and explored the option of the lady each week, which she is.
We have a chat and I leave it to her to do what I want doing.
A lovely lady always smiling and happy.
I look forward to her visits each week and is so nice not to think about housework now.

The care worker is hard working and completes the tasks we require completed with skill and care.
Gives us a high standard of cleanliness in the shower/toilet room. Dusting and hoovering of each of our four rooms is of a high standard. Particularly removing spiders webs.
Handles the laundry well, from loading the washing machine, hanging the laundry on the washing line to ironing as well.
Provides a cooked meal of our choice, serves, washes, dries cutlery and crockery returning the to the respective cupboard or drawers.

Cleans the windows in each room of our bungalow.
