Overall Experience
Outstanding care and genuine kindness
SureCare Newark has been an absolute lifeline for our family. From the very first phone call, the team showed real compassion and professionalism. They've been supporting my mum at home for several months now, and I honestly couldn't ask for better care.
The carers are warm, respectful, and genuinely kind. They take the time to get to know my mum, understand her needs and routines, and treat her with dignity. She looks forward to their visits - which says everything!
Communication with the office has been excellent too. They're always responsive and happy to make adjustments when needed. It's reassuring to know she's in safe, capable hands.

A huge thank you to the whole team - you've made such a difference to her quality of life and given us real peace of mind.
