The manager and the carer have been lovely and very understanding of our needs. the carer, and when she visits it is like a friend visiting our home. She is down to earth, with an upbeat attitude. I was a little anxious at first with the adjustment of a new carer and I felt the transition was very smooth and easy. I feel they do care and understand my limitations and want to know I am ok. Their initial consultation was thorough and they tailored my care plan to not only include my basic needs but also helping me with my hobbies to improve my quality of life. They regularly review how the care is working for me which I appreciate. They are willing to help in all areas, including gardening. They have been very flexible, working around my many health conditions when things don't go to plan or I need to go to hospital last minute.
