GoodOaks - Watford

My mum was looked after by GoodOaks and they were wonderful. She was treated with dignity, care and respect but with also personal touch. Even though she was bedridden they treated her really well, spoke to her gently as if she was their mum. I have had other care companies but all the staff from GoodOaks had extensive experience, skill and professionalism. Their standards are high and the list was low. My mum was in good hands to the end.

As a new company "GoodOaks" is building their staff/patient levels at a good even pace, in my opinion, I hope to be with them for as long as I need.

Overall a positive experience. Our carer is very friendly and reliable and has become like a friend to us. We find the manager very approachable and flexible when we need to make changes.

Goodoaks are providing a warm caring service for my parents in their home. Both my Parents have formed trusting relationships with the team and they provide wonderful support for my mother who has dementia related needs. They are flexible in adjusting their provision to suit my parents needs, as these have changed in the few months that care has been provided. Excellent service in initial meetings and account set up. A very caring and personal service with a deep understanding of mum's requirements and needs and then matching carers to those needs. Flexibility in hours and care really helped as mums needs changed week to week.

I was treated with privacy and dignity at all times. A friendly smile and care was evident from staff as well. If asked I would be pleased to pass on my very positive feeling to friends needing care.

My mother recently had a period of poor health, realised she needed some help and contacted GoodOaks-Watford. For three months GoodOaks have visited my mother twice a day and have provided a very friendly and professional service, often going beyond their brief to help my mother who I am pleased to say no longer needs their help. I would have no hesitation in recommending their services and will certainly contact them again if ever we need assistance.
