I was treated with privacy and dignity at all times. A friendly smile and care was evident from staff as well. If asked I would be pleased to pass on my very positive feeling to friends needing care.
My mother recently had a period of poor health, realised she needed some help and contacted GoodOaks-Watford. For three months GoodOaks have visited my mother twice a day and have provided a very friendly and professional service, often going beyond their brief to help my mother who I am pleased to say no longer needs their help. I would have no hesitation in recommending their services and will certainly contact them again if ever we need assistance.
Thank you for sharing your experience. We're so glad that our team could support mum during her recovery, and it's always wonderful to hear that she's now doing well. Your recommendation means a lot to us. We are all wishing you and Mum continued health and happiness.
