Gayle Browning is a highly experienced care professional with more than 21 years in the health and social care sector. Her background spans both frontline and senior management roles, giving her an in-depth understanding of the standards and compassion required to deliver exceptional care.

Throughout her career, Gayle has successfully led multidisciplinary teams, managed regulatory compliance, and developed high-quality, person-centred care services. Her experience includes positions such as Registered Care Manager, Care Service Manager, and Branch Manager, where she has demonstrated strong leadership in staff training, supervision, and service improvement.

Gayle has extensive experience working within regulatory frameworks set by the Care Inspectorate and the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC). She has prepared services for inspections, conducted risk assessments, compiled support plans, managed notifications, and overseen quality audits.
