My Mother and I are very happy with the level of care and assistance my mum has recived. We have used Roster for almost a year now on and off due to hospital visits. I have always found them to be honest clean and caring.

My husband's current live-in carer is a real find. She has fitted into our home so well. She's compassionate, caring, professional and conscientious. I am very pleased with the level of care my Mother has been receiving from Check, it has been like a breath of fresh air for my mum to finally feel relaxed enough in the presence of a carer to be able to sleep , but have full reassurance that this wonderful carer is nearby should she wake in the night....
Updates are provided freely when changing over in the morning . The carer is considerate and thoughtful of their surroundings, punctual , reliable and very genuine. The management are lovely to deal with as well and Claire has a way of making my mum feel included and important which is lovely

Started to use Roster care for my mother the end of March and I must say the staff and Care they give are excellent would recommend them, mother is over the moment with her carer even brought her flowers and chocolate in when she went on holiday for a couple of weeks.

My mum has a lovely live in carer. She goes above and beyond for my mum with all her needs. Nothing is too much trouble. They have a good relationship and is good company when family are not around. She is very respectful when family are about but comes in at regular intervals to check on mum and provide
her with drinks, ask if she needs the toilet etc.
she is always on hand to help the nurses who come daily.

Roster Home Care provide flexible and reasonably priced home care. Their office staff are friendly and approachable, and the carer is diligent and cheerful.
Roster Home Care are easier to deal with than a similar service that we were using, and we are happy with the service they have provided our
mother so far.

My 93 year old mother needed help after illness. The carers come three times a week to help her shower. They have all been kind, efficient and reliable; mum gets on well with them. I have no hesitation in recommending Roster Home Care.

We had a number of different carers attending my Dad over the Christmas period and found them to be very professional. They were caring, considerate, and kind at all times, and they listened to what was needed. We couldn't have managed without them and would definitely recommend them.

I cannot stress enough how much of a difference the care team made to my Gran's last weeks. Thanks to their humour, thoughtfulness, and professionalism they were able to ensure that my Gran stayed at home, as per her wishes. In addition to direct care help, I know Gran enjoyed the banter. Needed respite care for my visiting father. Super service from outset - our needs listened to, plans set up and wonderful carer who came punctually. Dad and carer got on very well. Will ask for help from you next time he visits.

For the first few days following my hip operation, it was helpful to have someone to help me get dressed and washed and moving around. The man who came on the 3rd and 4th day was perfectly helpful and respectful, though it would be normal to send a woman for each day for an elderly female patient.

Roster Home Care has been providing care for my mum over the last few weeks.
The carers have been polite, kind, and efficient in supporting my mum, who has advanced Dementia and is on an end-of-life pathway.
The administration/management team is very prompt when replying to all communications and
has ensured visits are at the time best suited to my mum's needs.

Roster Care has been attending my husband who had a stroke for a year now and all the team have been absolutely amazing.
The care team are polite, loyal and friendly and are now part of our daily routine. They care for my husband really well, and nothing is too much trouble for them.
