Accredilink Community Response Taskforce has launched its own purpose-built digital care management platform, CareCallAI, developed entirely in-house to transform how domiciliary care is delivered, monitored, and evidenced across North Wales.

The platform was built from the ground up by the Accredilink team to address a gap in the market. Existing care software solutions were either too generic, too expensive, or failed to meet the specific compliance requirements of Care Inspectorate Wales. CareCallAI was designed to solve all of those problems in one system.

What Does CareCallAI Do?

At its core, the platform manages the entire care operation from a single dashboard. Staff rotas are built and managed digitally, with carers receiving their schedules directly on their mobile devices. Every care visit is logged in real time with GPS verification, giving managers full visibility of who is where and when.

The electronic Medication Administration Record, known as eMAR, tracks every medication given to every client. Missed doses are flagged immediately, and a full audit trail is maintained for inspection purposes. This replaces paper MAR charts entirely, reducing errors and improving accountability.

Clinical assessments including Waterlow pressure ulcer risk, MUST nutritional screening, NEWS2 early warning scores, Falls Risk, Abbey Pain Scale, Barthel Index, and SALT swallowing assessments can all be completed digitally and stored against the individual client record. Observations such as blood pressure, temperature, weight, and blood sugar levels are tracked over time with trend analysis.

The platform also includes wound management tracking, repositioning charts, continence records, and falls recording with pattern analysis. All clinical data feeds into a centralised Clinical Dashboard accessible to managers and senior staff.

CIW and CQC Compliance Built In

One of the standout features of CareCallAI is the built-in compliance management system. Pre-populated regulation forms aligned to CIW and CQC standards allow managers to evidence compliance against specific regulations without starting from scratch. Staff supervision tracking ensures that the 12-weekly supervision requirement under RISCA Regulation 36 is met and documented.

Safeguarding incident reporting is built directly into the platform, allowing staff to raise concerns immediately with a full audit trail from report to resolution.

Mobile-First Design

CareCallAI was designed for mobile from day one. Care workers use the platform on their phones during every visit, logging care activities, confirming medication, and recording observations without carrying paper forms. The app works offline and syncs automatically when signal is restored, which is essential in rural North Wales where connectivity can be unreliable.

A Welsh Innovation

CareCallAI was conceived, designed, and built in North Wales by a care provider that understands the sector from the inside. It is not a tech company selling to care providers. It is a care provider that built the technology it needed and is now making it available to others.

The platform is currently live and in daily use across all Accredilink operations. Plans are in place to offer CareCallAI to other domiciliary care agencies and care homes across Wales and England in the coming months.
