21st April 2026 Client Survey Report – Summary of Findings

The results of the most recent client survey indicate a consistently high level of satisfaction across all areas of service delivery at Flexicare at Home.

All respondents (100%) reported that they feel very safe, awarding the highest possible rating in this category. This reflects a strong sense of trust and confidence in the care provided.

Overall satisfaction levels were also notably high. The majority of clients rated the service as Excellent, with only two exceptions: one client rated the service as Very Good, and one as Good. Despite these minor variations, the overall trend demonstrates a very positive perception of service quality.

In terms of compassion and care, nearly all clients described the service as extremely caring. The remaining two respondents rated the service as very caring, which still represents a strong endorsement of the organisation’s person-centred approach.

Importantly, 100% of clients stated they would be 'Extremely Likely' to recommend Flexicare at Home, highlighting a high level of client confidence and satisfaction.

Furthermore, all respondents (100%) expressed the top satisfaction rating for both management and care staff, including the responsiveness of management, indicating effective communication and support systems within the organisation.

Conclusion The survey results demonstrate excellent performance across all measured areas, with particularly strong outcomes in safety, satisfaction, and client confidence. These findings reflect a high standard of care and a consistently positive client experience.
