Right at Home North Leeds, Otley & Horsforth Awarded 5-Star Employer Status

Right at Home North Leeds, Otley and Horsforth has been awarded the 5-star Employer. This award followed its network’s annual anonymised Carer Satisfaction Survey results, administered by the independent research company, WorkBuzz.

Twenty two care professionals took part in the Satisfaction Survey, and highlights from the report include:

? 100% Care Assistants feel proud to work for Right at Home North Leeds, Otley and Horsforth ? 100% Care Professionals said they felt part of a team ? 100% Care Professionals said they were given enough time to deliver quality care to the Clients ? 100% said they felt valued and received appropriate recognition for the work they carry out

Speaking on the results of the Carer Satisfaction Survey, Rachel Critchley, Owner, of Right at Home North Leeds, Otley and Horsforth said:

“I am absolutely delighted with the feedback from our carers. It is especially meaningful to us as it comes from an independent survey, giving our team a trusted and open way to share their views. We are incredibly proud to know our carers feel supported, valued and listened to. We take all feedback seriously and will be carefully reviewing the responses to ensure we continue to improve and remain a great place to work.”

Each year, Right at Home also invests in an annual Client Satisfaction Survey to enable continuous improvement in its offering to Clients and their families. This year, 37 Clients who receive care from Right at Home North Leeds, Otley and Horsforth took part in the survey with some outstanding results, including:

? 100% of Clients agreed their Carers treat them with respect and dignity during care calls ? 100% of Clients agreed that Right at Home is trustworthy and they can depend on them ? 100% of Clients agreed their Carers are well matched to their care needs ? 100% of Clients agreed that Right at Home provides care and support which allows them to be as independent as possible

“I am hugely grateful to our clients for taking the time to provide their feedback, which was shared anonymously. It is incredibly important to us to receive honest views from the people we support, and the results are a real reflection of the compassion, dedication and professionalism shown by our team every day. This feedback is invaluable in helping us understand what we are doing well and where we can continue to improve, ensuring we consistently deliver the highest standard of care across our local community of Otley, Horsforth and North Leeds.”

Right at Home UK has also been awarded an accolade as a 5-star Employer for the eighth consecutive year. A total of 1,865 care professionals from across the network participated in the survey, with 44 individually-owned and operated Right at Home offices achieving 5-star Employer status.

This latest recognition follows a strong period of achievement for the business over the past 12 months. Right at Home North Leeds, Otley & Horsforth has been awarded the Right at Home UK Silver Circle of Trust for two consecutive years, reflecting consistently high standards of care and compliance. The business has also successfully progressed through the Eco Boost Your Business programme, achieving bronze, silver and gold accreditation for its commitment to sustainability and responsible business practices. In addition, the service is proud to be rated 10/10 on the independent and verified review platform homecare.co.uk, making it the only home care provider in Leeds (out of 203 other providers) to hold a perfect score.
