The care my Aunt receives right the way through the Ipswich team is outstanding. Right from the back office management team to the front line team members the level of detail, care and attention my aunt receives is fantastic! The Ipswich team give me the confidence, invaluable advice and the encouragement
to ensure my Aunty does not have to go into a care home, instead allowing her to remain at home where she wants to be, with the support, care, friendship and guidance which I believe is probably more than she would receive in a residential care home. I cannot say enough about the Ipswich team, they really do go above and beyond the usual care providers I have encountered to date, even bringing her flowers to bring a smile to her face. I would like to personally thank them all for being there for my Aunty and giving me the support to ensure she is as happy as she can be at home.

My mother was very concerned and worried about having carers in, it was the loss of dignity she feared, but Prestige Care were amazing. They listened and really took time to get to know both my parents, even though only one was receiving care - so thoughtful. Mum's fears faded away as she got to see
the kindness and care from all of the Prestige team. Thank you.

Prestige looked after my wife for nearly 6 years. They came three times a day (2 carers) and we never had any issues with any of them.
They were all excellent carers for my wife and also kept an eye on me. We would recommend Prestige to everyone.

Prestige Nursing & Care (Ipswich) have been caring for a long time. Initially to care for both my dad and mum about five years ago. My dad sadly passed away in May 2018 due to Alzheimer's disease. The care has continued for my mum. Prestige Nursing and their carers have been fantastic in the care my
parents have received. It means so much now that my mum is on her own. Nothing is too much trouble and my mum is really appreciative of the care receives. She looks forward to seeing the carer's every day, morning, lunchtime, and evenings. Also as a family, it gives us peace of mind that mum is being looked after so well. Thank you so much for your continued care.
