All the staff in the office and management are disgraceful, they don’t care about your needs. The whole management and rest in the office need to be sacked. They treat you as if you are a piece of dirt on the floor and they don’t give you respect or dignity or they don’t listen to your needs. They think they can take the mick out of me and their own staff, it’s absolutely disgusting how this company treats people.
When you have high function autism and the management team did not know how to do reasonable adjustments it’s disgusting and shocking that they have no understanding of my autism. I think they need to do some training because they don’t have any clue on how to deal with it which is disgusting. We’re in 2022 and it’s appalling that they’ve got no understanding of what autism means, it puts them to shame. I think they need to educate themselves a bit more.
Oh and they threatened to cancel your care package over and over again. My carers who I have are the loveliest you could ever meet. I've built a friendship with them.
