Overall Experience
All my carers are so kind and helpful.
I do feel that on some weekends their hours are too long and they look very tired. I think this is not safe for them driving especially if they have a long journey home.
I do feel that on some weekends their hours are too long and they look very tired. I think this is not safe for them driving especially if they have a long journey home.
They never complain but I'm sure it is the reason that so many leave or become ill.

I cannot recommend my mother's carers highly enough. After being told my mother would never walk again the shock was lessened in knowing she is cared for so well by a fantastic team. Both office staff and carers look after my Mum so well with professionalism and compassion and dignity. We could not...
I cannot recommend my mother's carers highly enough. After being told my mother would never walk again the shock was lessened in knowing she is cared for so well by a fantastic team. Both office staff and carers look after my Mum so well with professionalism and compassion and dignity. We could not ask for a better team. I feel absolutely blessed that they are caring for my Mum and I say this with true sincerity. Well done!.
