Overall Experience
The care my wife has had and still gets from this agency is brilliant. The workers are kind and stay there full time. Staff go above and beyond for not only her but me as well. The office staff visit us and are lovely. If there is anything that needs attention, they act swiftly and make sure we're both happy.

I 100% recommend this agency.

Overall Experience
One carer very nice lady, but like to wash your face with the flannel she has washed other areas with, such as after washing backside! Also likes to wash from a bowl that has had chemicals in from washing a filthy floor and in full view of the neighbours.
The weekend carer will make a cup of tea and then go.

They were supposed to be with me for half an hour at a time giving me care and I got from 5 - 15 minutes each time.
