The care my wife has had and still gets from this agency is brilliant. The workers are kind and stay there full time. Staff go above and beyond for not only her but me as well. One carer very nice lady, but like to wash your face with the flannel she has washed other areas with, such as after washing backside! Also likes to wash from a bowl that has had chemicals in from washing a filthy floor and in full view of the neighbours.

One carer very nice lady, but like to wash your face with the flannel she has washed other areas with, such as after washing backside! Also likes to wash from a bowl that has had chemicals in from washing a filthy floor and in full view of the neighbours.

They were supposed to be with me for half an hour at a time giving me care and I got from 5 - 15 minutes each time.
