Being 92 years of age I feel very fortunate to have a lovely team of carers that enables me to stay at home in my own surroundings

I only had this help for 5 days, I have 3 different members of staff both I found very good pleasant people to talk too and worked with.

Current care plan needs amending where I have indicated.

Staff are prompt, polite, caring, efficient and helpful. Staff are also understanding and kind. My husband looks forward to seeing the carers and it gives him someone else to talk to. I can't find any fault with Brunelcare, they are the best. Thank you.

Very positive experience and friendly staff who also enjoy a good chat and laugh with me, which is very important when I live on my own. Staff are willing to assist me at all times. I look forward to them coming as they always cheer me up.

I do not remember exactly when we first used their services but I would think it must be ten years ago or maybe longer. I hope to continue having their help for the future, but at nearly 84 years old it depends on what the future holds.

I always enjoy all my carers, their company and assentance when needed.

Brunel service is excellent - they turn up when they say they will and carry out tasks as requested

I am very happy with the care I am receiving from Brunelcare. I would like to keep the bed I have been given to support my health. I was told to replace 2x beds that I bought myself to help with the assisted bed from Brunelcare. At present I do not use the bed as I am just getting over a hip replacement.

We have found the carers to be friendly caring and willing to do any task. They are all pleasant and usually on time. We couldn't manage without them they help us so much.

The girls that come are good, always willing to help with things, some more than others.

They are a lovely group of carer's and are very kind and treat me with kindness and respect

Dads review of care was carried out in a very thorough, kind and professional manner. We were given every opportunity to describe the care required in different situations.

Lovely friendly staff. All regulars so my daughter knows them. A problem with water on the floor being trod over bedroom but not the caers fault. I will try to see if I could get a bigger shower trap. I bought plastic over shoes to help (which they did) until I was old they weren't allowed. Very dissapointing & I don't know why not!
