Staff are prompt, polite, caring, efficient and helpful. Staff are also understanding and kind. My husband looks forward to seeing the carers and it gives him someone else to talk to. I can't find any fault with Brunelcare, they are the best. Thank you.

Very positive experience and friendly staff who also enjoy a good chat and laugh with me, which is very important when I live on my own. Staff are willing to assist me at all times. I look forward to them coming as they always cheer me up.

My husband used Brunelcare Somerset Home Care Services for sometime, but sadly died in June 2021. I have continued using their services as getting older and living on my own, and another reason being I broke my left shoulder/upper arm in three places two years ago and required help with washing and...
I do not remember exactly when we first used their services but I would think it must be ten years ago or maybe longer. I hope to continue having their help for the future, but at nearly 84 years old it depends on what the future holds.
I always enjoy all my carers, their company and assentance when needed.
