All of the HRM staff members are polite and courteous at all times and carry out the tasks expected of them and advise of any issues they may have about the client to their management. Four visits a day and everything left tidy when they leave and they lock the door and put the key in the keysafe

We are happy to an extent of the care provided. Sometimes some of the cares go above and beyond which is great. Other spend minimal time with the service user and have very little impact on his day.

We would ask that the service user was given the time he is allocated, conversation was made. Check in's to see how he is feeling or how his day is! General conversation.

Very happy with the service my daughter receives from HRM Homecare. She gets on great with her support worker and as they both have similar interests this definitely helps to make their outings more enjoyable.

Others carers who have come in have all been good and extremely helpful. We couldn't have bern able to care for mum in her own home without their help.

My Dad has used HRM Homecare for several years now, He enjoys when his carers visit, he enjoys chatting to them, and tye care he receives, there is always a personal touch. I like the continuity of carers and tye care he receives. I like being able to read his daily notes on the app. Wouldn't like it if he had to change companies.

We are overall happy with the service staff are friendly and aware of my aunts needs. The App allows us to know who is in attendance on the day however sometimes the timings are a bit of a bone of contention.

Mum received excellent care ( and still is) with HRM. The lovely carers who attend are thoughtful, kind and go above and beyond. Mum looks forward to seeing them. They have brought us, as a family, peace of mind that mum is getting the extra care she needs that we can no longer provide.

Management have liaised with daughter and the App allows us to know the name of the carer ahead of the visit.

Overall care given is good, some of the girls are better at the job than others. The timings have been a bone of contention especially at night in the last month 4 times I put my mother to bed so I hope that settles down as I know you have a problem recruiting staff.

I've no idea how it why we were transferred to your company but I'm really glad she was.

My wife's carers always show a high degree of professionalism, care and commitment. They always go above and beyond in ensuring her comfort and safety. They always provide feedback and information on my wife's condition which allows me to act quickly to address any medical situations which may be developing, such as infections or pressure sores. Overall they provide an invaluable service. I know that my wife is in good hands.

The user (my sister) is happy with the support she receives and the staff who provide the support. From my perspective, my sister receives the support she needs at this time. The staff that I have met are caring and considerate.

No issues arising in recent period to mention, my mum all happy with service & visits. Any adjustments are very to make by contacting head office via phone or email and are dealt with in good time by staff.

Care provided as agreed in the schedule. Contact made when my mum is not in at the agreed time showing genuine concern. My mum is happy with the carers and the service that they provide, twice every day.

I am happy with the service that my mother has received from HRM since she was recently discharged from hospital. Due to the service she has been able to live at home and feel safe in her own house.

My brother has a good communication with his carers and is grateful for their assistance as he has mobility problems following a stroke many years ago. The care given is of great value to the family as initially they were very stretched. My brother now has a greater quality of life acknowledging his limitations and we have a whiteboard in the kitchen for who visits daily and sets up his dinner for him together with his carer visits each day to assist him with breakfast/lunch and his medication.

Absolutely fine, no problems with carers. Generally very pleased with the package and regular carers absolutely brilliant.
