The only thing the carers carry out for me is to empty my commode. They carry a receptacle from the upstairs bedroom and empty same in the downstairs toilet. They also clean and steralise receptacle for further use. They carry out this task diligently and cheerfully. I am unable because of a stroke
to carry anything on stairs as I need to use both right and left hand rails.

We are very happy with the service.All carers are efficient, kind and aware of needs. Carers take the time to get to know the client and their family.
Management have liaised with daughter and the App allows us to know the name of the carer ahead of the visit.

Overall care given is good, some of the girls are better at the job than others. The timings have been a bone of contention especially at night in the last month 4 times I put my mother to bed so I hope that settles down as I know you have a problem recruiting staff.

My mum is full of praise for the carers. Any interaction I've had had been very positive. Your carers go beyond the standard of the previous careers in that they will put the washing machine on, hang the washing on a clothes horse etc and they wash dishes, empty bins etc which means my visits are more
me visiting mum than just doing household chores.
I've no idea how it why we were transferred to your company but I'm really glad she was.

My wife's carers always show a high degree of professionalism, care and commitment. They always go above and beyond in ensuring her comfort and safety. They always provide feedback and information on my wife's condition which allows me to act quickly to address any medical situations which may be developing,
such as infections or pressure sores. Overall they provide an invaluable service. I know that my wife is in good hands.

I have been a client/ user for 4 months.My usual carers are Caroline and Gubinder and I can't praise them highly enough. They are friendly and professional and I am able to continue to live independently despite suffering
a severe fall and damaging my spine. My quality of life is far better than

No issues arising in recent period to mention, my mum all happy with service & visits. Any adjustments are very to make by contacting head office via phone or email and are dealt with in good time by staff.

Care provided as agreed in the schedule. Contact made when my mum is not in at the agreed time showing genuine concern. My mum is happy with the carers and the service that they provide, twice every day.

Carers are very pleasant and understanding towards service user. Only problem service user has is they are use to regular carers, then they move on. We have tried explaining they will not get same carers all the time.
They gets very anxious on a wednesday and sunday, as these are shower days. Although

extra time has been given for shower days, the carers (not all of them)can be in and out within 20minutes sometimes less. The service user feels rushed and not dried properly. This matter was brought up previously had and the senior management informed me she had checked the carers sign on times and these were fine. I explained to management, I myself witnessed the time the carer entered and exited the property and this was no consistent with the allocated time.

I am happy with the service that my mother has received from HRM since she was recently discharged from hospital. Due to the service she has been able to live at home and feel safe in her own house.

Staff are very good, take time to ensure her hair is washed and she is clean and comfortable and ensure that she has taken her medication, the staff are very helpful and I am aware that I can call the office anytime

My brother has a good communication with his carers and is grateful for their assistance as he has mobility problems following a stroke many years ago. The care given is of great value to the family as initially they were very stretched. My brother now has a greater quality of life acknowledging his
limitations and we have a whiteboard in the kitchen for who visits daily and sets up his dinner for him together with his carer visits each day to assist him with breakfast/lunch and his medication.

All carers that are assigned to my dad have been great. They have a great relationship with him and have taken time to know what he's interested in and have a chat and some laughs with him
