I find Bright Care's service to be very person centered. While this term is often used, I found that they truly focused on the person as a whole. It's never about the task but how my dad is feeling. The longer visits were what initially attracted us, and the setup process with the branch manager...
I find Bright Care's service to be very person centered. While this term is often used, I found that they truly focused on the person as a whole. It's never about the task but how my dad is feeling. The longer visits were what initially attracted us, and the setup process with the branch manager was easy and stress-free. They offer carers in small teams who are consistent and reliable.
