My son with physical and learning disabilities receives support from two regular staff members from Sova care and we his parents are extremely happy regarding the professional and caring way they treat our son. The happy smile as he waits for them and the smile he comes back with speaks volumes and
the staff have become his friends and ours too. We feel the agency works very professionally and care plans and management etc are excellent. We would definitely recommend Sovacare as we completely trust the support workers to care for our son in our absence which speaks volumes.

I rely on mums small team of carers to help her to remain in her own home. She has a care team who she recognises. They are reliable and treat her with respect. If there is a problem, they contact me, so I am aware. I have a good relationship with management, who deal with my queries promptly. Sova
gave me access to mums details on their app so I can see how things are going. Very happy with their support.

Sova Healthcare Harrogate initially looked after my Dad for a couple of years before he passed away. They then continued their care for my Mum as her own mobility became poorer. We didn't hesitate to continue using Sova after the care they showed to Dad. They have been wonderful and always treated Dad
and then Mum with dignity and respect. The same carers visit mostly so they become familiar and they get to know them. Sova have adapted their care as Mum's condition has deteriorated, without hesitation. I cannot recommend Sova enough.

Sova Healthcare Harrogate has looked after my dad for the past 2 years. They have been wonderful, Ddad is always treated with dignity and respect. He has mainly had the same carers so he could get to know them and they know his preferences. They have adopted the care as dad's condition has deteriorated.
I cannot recommend Sova enough.

My wife and I have always found the two carers who visit us very kind caring and professional. We have built up a positive relationship with them and they feel like part of the family. They look after my wife under difficult circumstances as we are waiting to have the bathroom renovated and adapted

My Uncle has received care from Sova for over 2 years now and I have to say that the care is gold standard. From the office-based staff, when things need to be organised or changed, to the amazing carers that come every day; nothing is too much trouble for them. They've even sourced a television for
him when his broke.

Care staff are punctual, diligent and have a great rapport with my brother. Good communication between staff and me after every night shift. Excellent timely response from management when I need to have extra carer input for me to have a break.

Over all everyone is lovely.
My friend has had concerns regarding her tablets. Some times they have been dropped and on one occasion been forgotten.
I think sometimes things are done i.e throwing things away that she doesn’t want throwing. I appreciate this may be for her benefit but a different approach
maybe more beneficial. I think the issue is with a clash of personality with one member of staff. She needs to feel she has control of her decisions even if they are insignificant to the staff.

We have been using Sova Healthcare Harrogate since June 2022. The carers are a lovely, friendly, supportive and understanding team who come in to look after Mum, but also check Dad is doing ok too. They provide personal care for Mum and also do various jobs around the home when needed. Each visit ends
with a cup of tea from my parents and a quick chat to check all is well. I would recommend them.

Mum has been supported over the last 18 months by a lovely team. Her mental and personal care has been kept on track by the compassion and support she has received. The friendly carers find time, whilst dealing with her personal care to chat, and even a little sing song with her is much appreciated

The care I receive is extremely supportive and help me with daily life. I would not be able to get to appointments without their help. The team really go the extra mile to find additional time for my appointments. The continuity of care for my outings is appreciated.

Sova care has been looking after members of my family for 9-months now. I can not recommend them highly enough. They looked after my relation all through his illness, and he got his wish to pass away at home with dignity and respect. Living over two hundred miles away and not being able to get up, all
the time due to Covid, knowing the Sove care team were looking after him and his wife, took a lot of the stress out of it for myself and the rest of the family. After he died, the team have carried on looking after his wife; the carers are just that, caring, reliable and helpful in every way, nothing is to much trouble. My cousin looks forward to seeing them every day.

I have been supported by Sova Healthcare since 2019. The staff are caring and go above and beyond. I enjoy my chats with them; the staff help with everything I need. The manager is caring and has helped with getting me sorted in my flat. The carers are kind and generous. I look forward to seeing them
and being able to live at home with their support. I highly recommend them.
