Overall Experience
Everyone associated with Sova Healthcare are a true credit to their profession. They have provided care for my dad at his home for almost 3 years and always included my mum in helping her also care for dad until she sadly passed away in september 2024.

Everyone associated with Sova Healthcare are a true credit to their profession. They have provided care for my dad at his home for almost 3 years and always included my mum in helping her also care for dad until she sadly passed away in september 2024.
Dad had complex medical needs and nothing was ever too much trouble in relation to dad's care.
As a family, and certainly speaking for my dad, he would not have been able to have stayed at home without their dedicated care.
It was dad's wish to always remain at home.
Faiyaz became a member of our family and we can never thank him and the other carers that provided amazing care and kindness these past 3 years and in particular the last few months leading to dad passing away in August 2026.
As a family we will be forever indebted to many at Sova and I have no hesitation in recommending this fine care company to anyone.

I don't know how I would be able to cope without the wonderful team of carers. My husband has vascular dementia. He has had numerous amount of strokes and has been sent home to die. The team are always here for me. I promised my husband he would be at home to the end. I would recommend this team to...
I don't know how I would be able to cope without the wonderful team of carers. My husband has vascular dementia. He has had numerous amount of strokes and has been sent home to die. The team are always here for me. I promised my husband he would be at home to the end. I would recommend this team to anyone. I have a regular team which is what is needed. They will give me a hug when I am low after no sleep.

Staff are very professional. Staff are caring. They go out of their way to ensure the client is looked after. Staff are always smiling. Staff work well with other medical teams. Staff encourage and engage with client.

The staff at Sova Healthcare are very helpful and support me greatly. I look forward to seeing them on a daily basis. The staff have helped me become more independent again, which has led me to go outside and working in my garden. Thank you for all your support.

Overall Experience
The management and carers are very friendly and make you feel part of there family. They carry out all their tasks and sit and have a chat with me when all tasks have been completed. I look forward to seeing my carers every day.
