House of Care have been providing a full care service for my Cousin since July 2024. My cousin is bedbound, unable to walk with a level of dementia. There are 4 visits each day by the various teams. They also do a shop once a week, making sure there is adequate and a full range of food stuff. All the carers show great empathy and are very patience despite a challenging client. They do an outstanding job.

I have nothing but positive things to say and would recommendv the wonderful House of Care team without hesitation.

The staff are friendly and attentive to my uncles care needs. They have on occasion been a little late but traffic in the area has been a probable cause for delay. Teatime slot occasionally too early 4pm for uncle to be in bed which is his perogative to negotiate with his carers. They have been helpful fetching in packaging left by pad delivery which we are all grateful to them as auntie is 90yrs and has a disability. They are respectful if nurses there and family members present. It is a comfort knowing they have daily 4 calls from carers to support my uncle with all his care needs. I've always found the carers to be attentive to my wife's growing needs as her dementia progresses. She has photographs of family members on the wall and often asks the carers if she can show them. Even though they've seen them many times before, they always react as if it's the first time they're seeing them.

I started using this company and finished after 3 days day. One did the bare minimum and couldn’t wait to leave. Day 2 the carer spent longer sat down than doing anything, did not do anything on the job sheet and kept her coat on and left without saying. Day 3 turned up at 12.30 to get me up and washed, no phone call. Washing up was just dipped in water not washed didn’t make the bed toilet was on the job list didn’t clean just threw bleach down it.

Would wholly recommend them 100%.

Since my daughter started having home care from House Of Care Ltd the service is excellent both men and ladies who come to give my daughter great care and personal care. They also cover all her care, makes her happy and settled her well into bed or for the rest of the day. She loves all the care they give her always talking to her to which makes her very comfortable all these carers are fantastic and as a big family. We love having them here. If I could I would give them all an award. I would recommend them all to everyone so very happy with their service and so is my daughter ss she loves them all and gets very excited when they come to our home. Thank you so much House Of Care can't thank you all enough.

House of Care has looked after me admirably since 2015. I won't have a word said against any member of their staff. I am 88 years of age living on my own, so they are the reason I have been able to stay in my own home for which I cannot thank them enough.

The staff are all extremely friendly. They keep me company as I live alone. They come and visit 4 times a day and I look forward to them coming each time. House of Care keep me up to date if they are running late. The staff are all lovely when caring for me they make sure I am very much at ease, they leave me comfortable at night and are a great help to me. I couldn't live without them.
