My wife and I are very pleased with the service we receive from Novus Care - Cranleigh. All the carers have been so helpful and kind to us both. The office ladies keep us informed at all times and call frequently to ensure we are happy. To have such support really does make a difference.

I think Novus Care are very good and professional. The girls and boys are all very professional and attend to me very well, and caring for my needs. I wish them the best for the future.
