Many congratulations for delivering an excellent service of care for my mother.

One of the staff is a very competent and able carer, he is always willing to help out whatever the task and I am extremely satisfied with his performance, in particular, one of the aspects that his ability to work unsupervised and get his task completed on his own once instructed.

Timekeeping varies sometimes, one carer is very good, and some relief carers do not complete all applications of cream medication properly. Office staff are very good at notifications if carers are delayed or running late.

We are very happy with one of the staff who is my dad's permanent carer, we would find it very hard to manage without him, he is very pleasant and so easy to get on with. This carer is very caring and reliable and gets on with the job to a high standard, my dad feels very comfortable with him which makes all the difference to him and us. We're grateful to the carer.

The staff have been very good, nice, friendly and hardworking. Staff do a great job in making life very pleasant and comfortable for me. They always help me with anything I need and their management has been very supportive.

Overall impressed with the level of care and professionalism. My carer could manage my house if I wasn’t in it. Very trustworthy. The care I’m given is very professional and outstanding. Sometimes my carer can be the only person I see during the day.

Overall experience is very good. The staff are very friendly and efficient. Very helpful with what I asked them to help me with.

Instead, the way this company has dealt with these issues is to ignore them and serve notice on my nan instead which to me means they are unable to provide adequate care and not willing to try to improve. This company needs shutting down and we will be seeing them in court.

Unable to understand autistic people and unable to have things in place for autistic people, and lie nonstop about hours. This is proven by the app we use. Stay away, use someone else as this company does not have things in place for autistic clients.

Terrible agency. Keep messing you about with time, not washing properly. Never contact you to get information about Dad's needs. They forget about whatever I tell them when I phone. Don't go near them. Absolutely terrible. Sorry, had to do this before but so angry about how my father has been treated.

Regular carers are very good but when on holiday, they seem to struggle for carers to cover.
