Overall Experience

Terrible company. Carers only stayed 5/10 mins of their 45 mins and 30 mins that's allocated. They will make tea and leave regardless of fact my mum had falls and now after finishing she will have to carry her up to the kitchen. Same for dinner time, my mum had to take her own plates to kitchen. Times

carers not turned up. It's been more stressful rather than a help for me.

Overall Experience

I had pick one month of when the review is for but it actually most of the time I have had service from the agency. Due to poor health I was allocated to have a carer visit me twice a day. It has been a continuous battle to have the proper service as previously the majority of carers where here and

gone within 5 minutes and always writing down they'd stayed for an hour. If I didn't require any personal care and would appreciate a chat as I tell them I'm extremely lonely, it was obvious they had no intention of this and would leave. Because I reported this to the agency numerous times I was allocated regular carers who were much more willing. The office and managers are very hard to get hold of and it took me 4 calls over 4 days last week to speak to a manager who after me telling her my issues ashord me she'd ring me back the next day and didn't. I called the next working day and asked for the person above that manager to call me and heard nothing .... I could go on !!!

Overall Experience

I'm not going to discuss the previous incidents that have opened our eyes to the system that has been dissatisfactory and in some cases life threatening to our mother but I am going to address the situation that occurred yesterday on Mothers Day.
My Mum was not attended to at the morning time slot

(which means she was put to bed at 7pm and not seen to until I got there at 11.38), nor the first afternoon slot. Also because we had not received a call notifying us of the situation we called Allfor Care and was waiting on the phone for 45 minutes!
This is a question for the manager, because we have had representatives from Allfor Care visit ourselves at Mums house, and we have discussed the importance of communciation and were reassured that communication is key.
We wait still for a response from a manager at AFC

My mum has a regular carer, who is kind and understands my mum well. And she has shown the other cares what my mum needs as my mum has very limited verbal communication. Staff are good, understanding. Poor office communication poor office contact. Too many staff members not passing on information to

carers. They do not call back when I have a query or respond to emails. But overall the care received is good.

Overall Experience

I am an individual with complicated health issues, who now needs to take medication four times a day regularly. The carers provided kept being changed, I would spend weeks explaining my routine and 3 weeks after I would have to start all over again. The carers overall are lovely, the management in the

office however has huge communication issues. I would call, ask to speak to someone, be told they were not available and to expect a return call, only to find this was hardly ever the case.
I would not recommend this company to any individual looking to get care, time is an issue as is continuity which adds extra stress.

Overall Experience

Found this service very poor. Lack of professionalism, rudeness, very unorganised, no communication ever unless you call. Have been neglected on at least 5 occasions where a carer hasn't arrived for my call and the office has been no help/support. So have been left with nothing to eat or drink, my

medical needs not followed through, and my mental health badly affected.
Would not recommend at all.

Overall Experience

I only used them twice and then cancelled. I asked for times between 11.30 am - 12.30 pm but the first came at 10.15 and because I'd done everything I could manage except for legs etc. I had about 10 mins and then she went. The second turned up at 5 pm which was no help at all. Why designate appointment

times if they are not stuck to? Two days after I cancelled someone turned up at 1 pm to do work, I told them I had cancelled, she said she would have to ring the office and did this in front of me while I'm standing uncomfortably with crutches. I don't know what they were told but no apology and they just went. So disorganised as nobody seems to know what they are doing or where they are going. Today I ring them and ask why someone came when I had already cancelled. The woman said it was her colleague, but not easy to hear the person when they are standing in wind, they hung up. I didn't bother to call back.

Overall Experience

Was not happy with the service provided for my elderly Mum. She is 92 and needs help with showering. The carers were all pleasant but were not at Mum's house for the length of time they put in the book. Even for the times they stayed they were with Mum, she has been overcharged by 2 hours over the

last 3 months. In real time, she has been overcharged by a lot more. I have written to Allfor Care and copied it to Croydon Council making an official complaint. Some elderly people have nobody that can check invoices for them. The company think they can charge what they like. The final straw was the last visit when the Carer came and showered Mum. When Mum was dressed and ready to go in the stairlift the carer insisted that she went downstairs first. When Mum got down the Carer came out of a downstairs room, having gone through personal papers and she had the sheer audacity to ask Mum questions about what she was looking through. Disgraceful behaviour.

Overall Experience

This care agency has caused me nothing but stress and anxiety.
They haven't turned up to my mum on multiple occasions and claim that a carer was allocated but didn't turn up. Nothing seems to be done about this.
They also don't turn up at the allotted time for the morning visit thinking midday is

acceptable.

Overall Experience

The carers speak Patois all the time which I don't understand. Never have they stayed the full duration, even though they book it down as they have stayed. I am bedridden and all they do is pull me around when doing personal care. Very undignified.

Overall Experience

My mother's carers are always extremely professional, considerate, courteous, and kind. They deal with the most challenging situations, given my mother's conditions, in their stride and with good humour. Always willing to help and constantly concerned for her health, well-being, and quality of life.

We feel very lucky to have them and would highly recommend the agency.

I have to say I was very impressed with the service I have received from All for Care Services. The staff were well trained and they were all up to date with the information given to me. Everything was explained and showed to me very well. I must truly comment on the care planned structure that is provided

by this company. It is clearly presented and understandable. All questions asked I was answered politely and efficiently. I have been very happy with this service and I feel comfortable that my loved one is in safe hands.
