The care my sister-in-law received was fist class. The operatives that were hands-on did all they could within their framework of operation. I was remote from the care situation and feedback and information from issues was quick and concise. Overall a positive experience for an Attorney that was 150 miles away.

My Mother was discharged from the hospital on 1st October and the first three carers were satisfactory, but none stayed more than twenty minutes and (some only ten minutes) when one hour was allocated. Steadily went downhill in the consistency of care as until now we have seen over nine different faces and different levels of competence when mum needs consistency, due to health needs. Office co-ordinators not helpful and today I spoke to an extremely rude person who informed me she was not stupid as she was forty years of age and unable to offer me any assurance of who was coming to attend to my mother tomorrow and the weekend, even when the circumstances of the situation were explained to this 'not stupid' woman. The case was raised as a concern with authorities and astounded that this level of customer service is given by a company with so many good reviews. I hope the people concerned with organising my mother's lack of care will be given more training on how to deal with their customers and vulnerable clients.

This is the first time that I've used any Adult Care Services so I was worried about how they would look after my 90-year-old father. It was quickly evident that they were very professional, caring and well organised. I have been very pleased with my father's care and the ability of Alpenbest to quickly adapt to his changing circumstances when he became poorly.

Many thanks to Alpenbest for the care mum received over several years until she entered hospital and then a nursing home in December. Our two regular carers who came night and morning for over 3 years, were endlessly patient and kind. We really miss our chats with them! Very occasionally, a less experienced carer would fill in a slot and struggle to deal with mum's developing frailty and dementia, but, on the whole, the care was excellent even when mum was being uncooperative. Carers really are an army of unsung heroes doing such a difficult but vital job. Many thanks.

I cannot recommend this organisation highly enough. Throughout the last weeks of my mother's life, care plans were continually reviewed to meet her needs and every person involved with her care was genuinely professional and caring. All of mum's needs were met and I truly believe she enjoyed all the visits that took place. Likewise, I have really appreciated the support the Team was able to provide and the way in which they were able to adjust her care plan so swiftly while keeping me abreast of the ever-changing situation. A huge heartfelt thank you to one and all, it has been a pleasure to get to know you all at this particularly difficult time.

This company have the very best carers. Special mention to the lady who is my mum's main carer and is truly a saint. She always knows when my mum has a urine infection and is always right before even the doctors are aware. In addition, my mum adores her and thinks of her like another daughter and believe you me as an ex-nurse she is not the easiest of people to deal with. All the rest of the team are excellent and without them all we would not be able to cope. You are all Simply the Best.

Each time there has been a medical problem or my relative has had a difficulty, the managers have contacted me immediately and advised me of the actions taken and matters resolved. The carer who attends my relative has formed a great relationship with them, knowing their foibles, preferences and treating them with courtesy and dignity. My relative is happy to see the carer and I am reassured by the continuity of carers attending her. I am more than happy with the service provided in household cleaning, feeding the cat and shopping per week. I can confirm that my son received excellent and efficient emergency support from Alpenbest, arranged via our local authority following a hospital stay. The carers were prompt and reliable, and the communication with both my son and us, his parents, was faultless. Checks were made with us when necessary and we all felt confident that my son was receiving the respect and regard he needed. Once his support needs lessened, the carers continued to attend, in a supervisory and observation role only and again this was much appreciated. We wish to thank the entire team for an excellent service.

Very good care agency, with professional carers. Central office is also very good and responds to problems immediately. Carers also are punctual and dress appropriately. Would highly recommend this care agency.
