Medcom 2 person team cared for our mother in April/May and our father from May. Both our parents died at home and we cannot express our thanks to this team. The care and kindness they showed both our parents was quite literally unbelievable. They supported our family through the most horrendous period and were so caring - each day checking and ensuring they were comfortable and even brushing mummy's hair for us on the day she died and checking daddy smelt well! We can honestly not recommend them highly enough. Extremely professional and empathetic. Thank you!

I am so thankful to the wonderful carers who looked after my mum during her last few weeks of life. They were kind, respectful and compassionate to Mum and so supportive to me and all my family. I was initially worried about having people who Mum didn't know caring for her but it quickly became evident that the ladies were experienced and excellent at their jobs. They constantly showed incredible patience - Mum's dementia worsened as her cancer progressed and she really wasn't the easiest of residents. How the carers managed to remain so happy and upbeat when dealing with this amazed me. Their manager went way and above what I had expected, offering so much help and support. These beautiful ladies made such a difficult time so much more bearable for us and we will never forget them.

This month has been rather hectic. As far as I am aware there is a severe shortage of staff. I see the same two members of staff all the time. If there were more people to help I think the overall standard would be excellent.

I find the carers who come to my aunt very patient and caring as she can sometimes get slightly confused at times. They always treat her with respect and look after her well.

Excellent service.

The care workers go the extra mile to ensure my mum who has dementia is well cared for.

Good to have a choice of female or male carer.
