Good service but need some improvement.
Need to improve the continuity of client care. Need a lot of improvement in communication and carer duties arrangement.
For one week we had, every day, one new, unfamiliar carer which is not safe to the client.

A small team of carers got my mother up every day for the last six months before she went into a home. They were all professional and did their job well. The two most regular ones developed a great relationship with my mum and she was always pleased to see them. The backup from the office was good,
and they responded really well to feedback. We would happily recommend them.

My personal experience of the care provided for is excellent. But I'm not sure how it would be with new carers. Generally, care providers still have a long way to go to be the best.

We find all the carers are kind, compassionate, helpful, trustworthy and reliable. Lovely people who really are the type of people you feel happy to entrust with the care of a loved relative. Despite initially being quite reluctant to accept outside support mum now really enjoys carer visits, and realises
how much she relies on them in her wish to remain living in her own home.

I needed to arrange 24/7 care urgently for an elderly lady who was bedbound. The team at PureHome Care were exceptional. They moved at speed to put a package in place, helped me to navigate and understand how everything would work and were available outside of normal office hours to help. In my opinion,
they went above and beyond to make sure that the lady could return from the hospital and to the comfort of her own home quickly and safely. The care once the user returned home was outstanding. I felt confident that the elderly lady was getting the best possible care and was receiving more than just basic physical care - she was being nurtured, cared for and loved. The user was also extremely happy with the care she was receiving and formed a very close bond with her main carer. I would have no hesitation in using PureHome Care again and in fact, they would be my first port of call.

During the last two and a half months I have received invaluable care since my accident from Care Companions.
I have found the carers, each one of them, extremely helpful and willing to do anything asked of them during their hour with me.

My Mom has received care with showering and dressing which has been carried out with care, patience and dignity. My Mom receives care for 1-hour sessions 3 times per week with incorporate assistance with bed changing, housework and ironing which has always been completed well. The standard has been
very high and our family has found this a great help giving a piece of mind whilst we are at work. We have been very pleased with the service.

We have used Care Companions on several occasions and have always been happy and satisfied with their performance. They are a very professionally run company and carers always arrive on time.
I really did not like leaving my 95 year old mother when we went away on holiday, but after using Care Companions,

Following a fall, my mother in her early 80's and with a diagnosis of Alzheimer's Disease was very anxious about the possibility of falling again when she returned home after a period of rehabilitation. She had required minimal support with personal care up to this point but her change in mobility and
routine meant we found ourselves in a very different situation in the weeks leading up to Christmas 2016.
Care Companions were able to alleviate my worries by offering an immediate package of support for my mum twice daily, including over the weekends. They were a well-trained team of carers who understand the nature of her difficulties and treated my mum with respect.
Whilst they were only involved in providing care for a few weeks, as my mum has subsequently moved into a residential care home, I am most thankful for their support during this time of transition and more than happy to recommend their services to others.

My father has always been fiercely independent and was initially apprehensive about the idea of carers needing to go into his home to provide personal care and support, especially bearing in mind the negative coverage in the media. However, the team of staff from Care Companions were extremely professional
and exceeded expectations. Throughout the period during which the service was provided, not one of the care calls were missed and all of the staff were extremely caring and sensitive to my father's likes and dislikes.
All visits were clearly documented and I was contacted direct regarding any particular concerns. My father eventually needed to move to a nursing home but based on his experience over a period in excess of 12 months, I would have no hesitation in recommending Care Companions

My mom has used this service for the past 3 years slowly increasing her care as she deteriorated. They have gone above and beyond all our expectations with the care and support. With living abroad it was very reassuring to know mom was being so well cared for and the constant updates and contact helped
us manage her stay at home.

Care Companions was always very professional and as the name of the company suggests was very caring. All the staff who attended to my mother were very good, they were friendly, good time keepers and my mother never felt that their visits were rushed. They always kept me informed of any issues that

The service was excellent. We asked the agency at very short notice to help provide night care and this was achieved in 2 days and the quality of the carers was very good. The overall customer service from the agency was outstanding.
