Would like to express our gratitude and thanks to all of you from the management to the carers.

Only thing I can say is that the carers are great but the office could never keep to a regular timetable or even hear you complain. They always kept changing times from day to day and whenever you want to make a complaint it just fell on deaf ears.

The office change times of calls as and when they want without any notification to the client - this is not being helpful to the client or the family who work their daily life around the staff calling. Trying to contact the office is no easy task either. Continuity of staff is another issue with really good staff leaving the service to move to another company. Abercare have some very good staff but have also lost very good staff.

Abacare staff have cared for my mum for nearly two years before she died at the end of May 2017. Two of them visited three times a day. All those who came to look after her were kind, professional and very competent. They were dedicated and turned up whatever the weather, whatever the day including Christmas Day. We were never left without support. For me, living in Manchester, it was so important to know my sister, her full time carer, had such wonderful support, relieving her of those duties that had become so difficult as the health of our mother deteriorated. I can only say thank you from the bottom of my heart.
