Willowbrook have been very kind, caring and very patient with my relative. They have gone above and beyond to make sure the tasks on his care plan are correct and changed when needed. All care needs are being met correctly and we are listened to as a family by the office staff when things have needed tweaking within his care. The staff have been lovely, and we are very happy

All staff are friendly, professional and caring. Full visit times are adhered to. If all tasks are completed, the carers will spend the remaining time chatting to David or helping him with his jigsaws - which he loves and I really appreciate. We've experienced several care companies over the years, but Willowbrook are head and shoulders above the others. In fact, we've had no issues at all to complain about. 5* company.

My husband has had our current carer Davina for over 10 years. Davina has always provided outstanding care. She is caring, patient and very professional. We are extremely grateful for both Davina and Willowbrook's support and care. Thank you everyone.

All the staff are excellent. Very professional and friendly group of ladies.

Overall I find the experience very good. However I do have some reservations regarding the rotas. For example: I have requested that I always at least one female carer but many occasions I am allocated two male carers. I also have difficulties contacting the office. I often leave messages that are ignored.

His wellbeing deteriorated quickly as he was very uncomfortable. He asked me a number of times when he was going to be able to get out of bed, have a shower and sit for a few hours in the living room with my mother. I believe this lack of organisation failed my father.

Carers have been visiting my husband twice daily for the last year, always turn up with a smile, very friendly, and easy to get along with. They are all amazing at looking after him, would recommend them. Thank you, Willowbrook

Willowbrook home care have gone above and beyond for us to provide care for our relative. They use their initiative and don't bother us with trivial matters; they just get on with delivering the necessary care. They are reliable and honest, and all the staff I have come across are kind and compassionate.

All staff are very helpful to my brother if any problems arise, then they contact me as soon as possible to let me know. My brother Stephen always has a good word to say about all the staff that come to him, so that's a plus, and they have been coming to him for about 7 years now

I have been with Willowbrook home care for the last three years. The care I have been given is excellent, from their compassion, loyalty and being there for me for these last three years, which have been rather difficult for me.

The carers are kind, punctual and attend many doctor appointments with me, and nothing is too much to ask them; they are a valuable part of my daily life. Everyone I have met at Willowbrook is incredibly kind, and I would not go to any other home care company. I truly thank you all for being nothing short of amazing.

All the carers I have had during the night are lovely and very helpful. I would definitely recommend them. I was only having them for a short period for pressure relief as I can't turn over myself during the night but I am hoping I can keep them longer.
