All staff are friendly, professional and caring. Full visit times are adhered to. If all tasks are completed, the carers will spend the remaining time chatting to David or helping him with his jigsaws - which he loves and I really appreciate. Overall I find the experience very good. However I do have some reservations regarding the rotas. For example: I have requested that I always at least one female carer but many occasions I am allocated two male carers. I also have difficulties contacting the office. I often leave messages that are ignored.

Mary holds overall responsibility for the smooth running of the Lytham and Hyndburn branch, ensuring all regulations are met and that our high-quality standards are consistently maintained. Mary works closely with the care team, overseeing client care, carrying out regular monitoring, and conducting quality checks to ensure the people we support receive the very best service.
Kate manages the day-to-day running of the Lytham branch of Willowbrook Homecare. She ensures all employees are fully trained and skilled to carry out their roles and that all documentation for people we care for is accurate and up to date. Kate coordinates the Field Care Supervisors, ensuring both clients and employees receive the support they need.
Loraine oversees client care and documentation, making sure reviews are completed and information is kept current. She supports people we care for and their families as needed, providing essential information to employees. Loraine also handles new enquiries, helping new clients and families transition smoothly into Willowbrook’s care.
Debbie leads by example in the field, providing a familiar and approachable face for clients, families and employees. Debbie also shares valuable insight from the frontline to help improve and develop our service.
Anne oversees care planning across Hyndburn, Lytham, and all our Extra Care Services, ensuring care plans are thorough, accurate, and tailored to the needs of the people we support and care for. She also delivers a full range of mandatory, induction and tailored training, as well as focused workshops, helping our employees develop the skills and knowledge to provide safe, high-quality, person-centred care.
