On weekends, sometimes the carers arrive very late at times. This has an impact on my husband. Overall, we are happy with the service.
Everyone so helpful and caring, nothing to much trouble for them, do anything they can to make life easier for the person they are helping. Their visit is always cheerful and in our case we looked forward to their visits. Thank you everyone!

I have been caring Care from last five years and I would recommed this company to my friends and family.very good care company. All carers come to me are very nice. Sharn os lovely manager, if I got problem she will sort it out straight away and she will always get back tp ypu. Even if you ring office staff is very friendly in office.

The company takes care of the requirements and sorts difficulties. It analyses problems that arise and solves them. The carers take full responsibility of task assigned and give good service. Carers are well trained and competent and lookafter my wife nicely. I am very happy with the the company and carers.

My Grand mother suffered a stroke in May 2024 and had Caring Care visiting for her care needs until she passed away March 2026. Initially there were a few issues as with any new service but after speaking to the regional operational manager who was very professional and supportive and the staff in the office things were sorted quickly. All the staff allocated were Punjabi speaker's as this allowed better interaction with my Grand Mother. I was thankful that my mum had the support from Caring Care as this allowed her to manage her health issues, daily chores and was also able to have her mum with her in her own surrounding. The care staff visiting were friendly, polite, professional and went above and beyond to make my Grand mother comfortable. All the staff deserve recognition that we're involved in my Grand mother care and on behalf of the family I would like to thank them all.

We started care for my husband in the middle of May after being referred by the Hospital. We were unsure how it would be as we were unfamiliar to this service. However we have had an extremely positive experience. Every one of the carers who have come into the home have been exceptional and not only met but exceeded our expectations. We are extremely grateful so please pass this message onto the team.

Sagar and arsh is the most careful person and both are great, both are really fast and good at what they do, they understand everything and really help me with everything i ask, they all look after my husband really good, caring care is the best care company in Walsall.

This is a general review. My Mother has been receiving extremely professional caring , kind care for over two years. Recently this care has required additional help and advice from medical professionals. We are always contacted and kept up to date with the situation until we can get to her. The support to us all as a family is so reassuring, for which I truly thank you all. They have become part of our family.
