The carer that was at my Mom's property today when I arrived at 16:00 is a credit to your company. I spent approximately an hour there and her professional, engaging personality blew me away.
She coped with composure and compassion under difficult circumstances and showed so much understanding.
I literally can't give her enough credit.

Sagar and arsh is the most careful person and both are great, both are really fast and good at what they do, they understand everything and really help me with everything i ask, they all look after my husband really good, caring care is the best care company in Walsall.

Overall Experience

This is a general review. My Mother has been receiving extremely professional caring , kind care for over two years. Recently this care has required additional help and advice from medical professionals. We are always contacted and kept up to date with the situation until we can get to her. The support to us all as a family is so reassuring, for which I truly thank you all. They have become part of our family.

The care team provides care four times a day every day as well as overnight care and every single carer has been absolutely fantastic in looking after my sister and meeting all of her needs.
My sister is physically disabled and requires a high level of support, patience, understanding and compassion. The carers consistently go above and beyond to ensure she is comfortable, safe and well cared for at all times.
The dedication and professionalism shown by the carers is truly outstanding. They are attentive to her personal care, daily routines, mobility needs, medication and emotional wellbeing.
The overnight carers are equally excellent, ensuring my sister is safe and comfortable during the night and responding promptly whenever she needs assistance. Their support has made a huge difference to both my sister's quality of life and our family's wellbeing.

We are incredibly grateful for the hard work, commitment & compassion shown by the entire care team & would highly recommend them.

Harry is the main carer for my father and is excellent. I can trust him to provide just the right level of care needed to ensure that dad is looked after well while retaining his dignity & some independence.

I live in Manchester and my brother lives in Wolverhampton. We have been calling in however I have had to co ordinate from a distance. The Wolverhampton office has been excellent at communicating and keeping me updated. When we met the carers we were very impressed with their support. I am very grateful for this. Thanks again

We were so thankful for the wonderful care provided to mom whilst she was at home requiring pallative care. We could not fault the care provided it was person centred and full of compassion and kindness.

Moms carers that came to do the calls were all respectful and kind. Always very helpful and would escalate any concerns regarding moms health and wellbeing prompty which demostrates excellent training and professionalism to there staff.

Mom had a regular carer that would brighten up her day. Her attetion to detail in caring and maintaining moms dignity was outstanding she just stood out because she was so lovely and always made mom smile x

My experience with the carers from Caring care has been absolutely superb. Without exception every carer has been so kind and helpful. It has made my recovery so much easier and the carers especially in the morning have given me reason to get up and face the day.

Cannot recommends them enough.

Thankyou kindly to Caring care. I have been so impressed with your service. The carers that attend my mother have been full of compassion and kindness to her. They bring a smile to my mothers face, especially as they speak to her in her native tongue of punjabi - which is so important even though she can speak english. Her advancing dementia means that she is more comfortable talking in her native tongue.

Mum was discharged from hospital a few days ago and needed a reablement package at home. She is frail and has always been a very private person, not wanting to rely on help.
I met one of the carers while I was visiting Mum and was so pleased to learn that she had encouraged Mum, with careful assistance to get up, get dressed and sit in her favourite chair. Mum's medical needs had been attended to with a warm but firm and professional approach. She reassured Mum that she would be back later for lunch time.

It is very early days for Mum to be back home from hospital and that visit was just what was needed. I hope this continues to be the way the home care package proceeds.

The comments relate to about the last 10 months but the app doesn't allow that.
We are pleased that there is always at least one carer who is experienced in my wife's needs, as continuity of care is THE most important thing. t

We have been fortunate to have very pleasant cares so far but I would like to especially mention Awaldeep: she is very thorough in all she does, is polite and a pleasure to have in our home.

We have had Caring Care for my mother in law for over 2 years. She is 89 years old and suffered a stroke. Since out of hospital we had carers coming to the house. Obviously at first , it's getting used to and adapting to a totally different situation.
Once the carers started to get familiar with mum and her needs it started to become a peace of mind and we build a good trust relationship with the carers. They all have been absolutely amazing and hats off to the team because without them it would have been very difficult. I would like to mentions a few who worked everyday with mum because she build a beautiful bond with the girls. Kamaljit, Sandeep, Sanjeev, Kormal, Harjot, Varinder. The list can go on because every single one who came were very trustworthy, excellent in their work and very well spoken. Thank you girls we will miss you all.

Thank you to the office team who were very efficient whenever we needed any time changes.

Received 24 hours round the clock carers for mom over 5 days. Whilst I waited to care home setting to become available. Lovely young carers were very attentive, polite,friendly and patient towards mom (who has dementia)and kept mom calm and safe.

Dad has carers visit each day and is so happy with them. They are kind and courteous he says and cant do enough for him.

Booking additional hours, altering times etc is so simple, with the friendly team always on hand to help out.

Would definitely recommend!

I just wanted to pass on some really positive feedback about one of your carers Harmandeep. He attended my mother on her evening visit tonight on Tuesday 29 April while I was visiting.
I wanted to write because he truly deserves praise.
My mum is 93 and currently has four visits a day. This carer always impresses me. He is professional, patient and genuinely caring in how he cares for her. He has a calm manner and ensures she is comfortable and treated with care and dignity.
But more than that, when he's there my mum wants to know when he will be visiting her next. That is reassuring as her son and obviously means a lot to her knowing when he is next visiting her.
Please could you pass on my personal thanks to him for his work and professionalism. He is a credit to your staff and company and clearly cares about those he looks after. Can you please make sure you or his main manager mention my praise to him.
