I would honestly say that all the care my mother has received has been amazing. A very good company to deal with. Always on time and very friendly staff. My mother feels completely at ease and looks forward to her daily visits.

My husband came out from hospital in February.the carers from this company was absolutely wonderful Are caring,friendly and kind .we definitely recommend.i highly appreciated the efforts of regular carers as well as management .

My uncle's needs are very well met. His carer's are very understanding of his needs and the routine that they keep works well for him. They encourage with things that he finds challenging such as eating, personal hygiene and safety. They do well administering his medication and always remind me if he
is running low. Also, they get in touch with me immediately if there is anything of concern with the property, that needs urgently looking at. We are very grateful for all that the team do.

The service I have been given for my father in law has been very efficient, when problems have been detected with his health I have been contacted promptly. Staff at the office have always been friendly and helpful with any change that has been needed with his care package.

Generally the service is good, caring, helping my wife to get up in the morning supervising my wife to wash and dress the only difficulty is the time in the morning the carers attend. My request was that they come at 9.00am. They attend between 8.50 and 9.30. It would be very helpful to me if I know
it was 9.00am

Overall mum's had a really positive experience. She's had variable experiences with other care companies, which left her reluctant to try a new provider when she needed extra support following a fall at home. Caring Care matched mum with two very supportive, kind carers who make mum feel happy and comfortable
to receive ongoing care. My mum is fiercely independent and it is no mean feat for her to accept this kind of help long-term. Mum has one 30-minute visit in the morning, which sets her up for the day and means she's not too tired to see to her own needs for the rest of the day. It was helpful to know that mum could have fewer and/or shorter visits if she chose to. One issue with an incompatible carer covering for mum's regular ladies was swiftly and satisfactorily resolved. The office staff are also kind, efficient and responsive. I would definitely recommend Caring Care.

Having broken my left elbow and being on my own, I was scared and worried as to how I would manage my basic needs. So when I was allocated carers to come in the morning and evening, to help me wash, change and do my hair was a god send. I could not have managed without this help. The lady carers were
very professional but down to earth and genuine. I applaud the work carers do as you need a person with specific skills to do this role. They made me feel at ease, helped with my caring needs and were very nice and polite. I can't thank them enough for their assistance during the months when it was most needed.

The service we have received from Caring Care ltd. has been exceptional. My husband has always been treated with respect and dignity. The whole caring team have provided excellent support to both my husband and myself. The sitting service they provide in order to facilitate my respite has been 100%
perfect. The whole team are willing to offer a listening ear and go above and beyond to ensure client contentment and satisfaction. The unfaltering service my husband has received has aided his recovery by increasing his confidence and enabling him to become more and more independent daily. Thank you.
