I would never have considered care from a a male carer until I met Deepak,Simranjeet and Kutub. They are cheerful, kind and excellent at what I need to have done. The female carers also do a wonderful job. Though I do have My favourites such as Charlene and Shoola(not sure of spelling) They are all very helpful and are happy to help in any way they can.

I do prefer to keep my regular carers. Some of the new ones do need more training.

The ladies attending to me have been fantastic. They ensure I am washed and dressed every day and my bathroom is cleaned. I get assistance to make breakfast and a hot drink in the morning. I also get assistance to prepare my evening meal and they wash up too. I get help to get washed in the evening and ready for bed. Once a week a member of the team comes in and does some light cleaning at my home too. The service has been wonderful so far.

My 86yr Mom only started receiving care recently. I can say that from my initial communication with Caring Care to establish my Moms need they have been customer service focused and professional throughout. They have delivered exactly what they committed to do with consistent carers. Muskaan and Pooja have made this whole new experience very easy for my Mom to adapt to. They are kind, gentle and very respectful. It's peace of mind for me that Mom is happy and relaxed and she looks forward to them coming. Thank you

I'm extremely pleased with the care that my 93yr old mother has received. The staff have been very friendly and professional and gone above all my expectations. I appreciate how patient they are towards her as she is very slow with her mobility.

As a family we have been very pleased to engage with caring care. Their support has enabled our mother to remain in her own home, which has always been her desire and without them would not have been possible. Caring care have proved to be completely reliable with familiar staff attending absolutely every session requested. They have always been friendly and considerate, their attention to detail very reassuring. We have found the office to be very professional and supportive as well, extremely approachable and shown an empathy and desire to accomodate the best outcome they can for us. They are very competitively positioned and we consider value for money and would happily recommend to others.

On weekends, sometimes the carers arrive very late at times. This has an impact on my husband. Overall, we are happy with the service.

Everyone so helpful and caring, nothing to much trouble for them, do anything they can to make life easier for the person they are helping. Their visit is always cheerful and in our case we looked forward to their visits. Thank you everyone!

I have been caring Care from last five years and I would recommed this company to my friends and family.very good care company. All carers come to me are very nice. Sharn os lovely manager, if I got problem she will sort it out straight away and she will always get back tp ypu. Even if you ring office staff is very friendly in office.

The company takes care of the requirements and sorts difficulties. It analyses problems that arise and solves them. The carers take full responsibility of task assigned and give good service. Carers are well trained and competent and lookafter my wife nicely. I am very happy with the the company and carers.

My Grand mother suffered a stroke in May 2024 and had Caring Care visiting for her care needs until she passed away March 2026. Initially there were a few issues as with any new service but after speaking to the regional operational manager who was very professional and supportive and the staff in the office things were sorted quickly. All the staff allocated were Punjabi speaker's as this allowed better interaction with my Grand Mother. I was thankful that my mum had the support from Caring Care as this allowed her to manage her health issues, daily chores and was also able to have her mum with her in her own surrounding. The care staff visiting were friendly, polite, professional and went above and beyond to make my Grand mother comfortable. All the staff deserve recognition that we're involved in my Grand mother care and on behalf of the family I would like to thank them all.

We started care for my husband in the middle of May after being referred by the Hospital. We were unsure how it would be as we were unfamiliar to this service. However we have had an extremely positive experience. Every one of the carers who have come into the home have been exceptional and not only met but exceeded our expectations. We are extremely grateful so please pass this message onto the team.
