My father had been receiving care from Caring Care for a while and the standards they set for their work and professionalism is second to none. My father received the same carers, as familiarity was very important to him. They allowed him the dignity, respect and autonomy he wanted and for this, as
a family, we will always be grateful. Special mention to Kuldip, Sukhi and a few other carers from Palfrey who were there from the moment my father came home from hospital till his conditioned worsened. Those small moments of reassurance, comfort and kindness allowed us to take a breather in what was a very difficult time for my family.

Caring Care provide respite care to my wife who has advanced dementia. this allows me to get out for a couple of hours twice per week, I can leave my wife for a few hours and feel confident that she is well looked after.
It is important to me to have the same care provider each time because my wife
needs to have someone that she knows with her. The career engages well with my wife and makes sure she has everything she needs.

My mom has been a client of Caring Care for almost 6 years now and although her condition is deteriorating she still receives outstanding care from the carers who adjust to her needs in a prompt and professional way while still treating her as if she was family . I can't praise Julianne and Raj enough
for the care they provide. Ravinder in the office who deals with any queries or complaints and Sharon the manager both of them give outstanding service in making sure all your needs are met and both of them do exactly what they say they will followed by a follow up telephone call

I have been more than happy with the care 'girls' given since release from hospital when in a really needy situation. My strength, after many months of 4 x daily visits from normally jovial and encouraging staff of 'CARING CARE' team is on a slow upward trend aided by their enthusiasm !
Though remain
in much pain, I am frequently in fits of laughter, which aids enormously the repartee twixt
CARERS (girls) and Patient.
The staff from head office are always
a call away and ready to assist/answer any queries in kind manner !
I, 100%, would give 'CARING CARE'

I have been very pleased with the service and ongoing support received over the past two years from Caring Care. They have helped me keep my mothers (who has advanced vascular dementia). At home for longer than would have been possible had I had to care for her alone. Reliable, professional and caring.

Being completely in unchartered territory with care for loved ones, Caring Care have made the transition for our family supporting my father in law an easy and comfortable process. The carers who come in to support us are amazing and nothing is ever too much. They share their experience and we welcome
any suggestions that make my father in law (and mother in laws) lives more manageable. I thank them from the bottom of our hearts. The office also in Wolverhampton is so supportive and again it cannot be easy them having to deal with as many clients as they must have. A HUGE THANK YOU.

The care and Support provided by Caring Care was exceptional! From the professionalism , compassion of booking moms care , they listened and understood the requirements not just of mom but also of Dad who is her usual carer. The care was always on time and consistent , personal, attentive, and respectful
of both mom at her time of need but also of them as a couple facing the what could feel uncomfortable having strangers in their home. The carers gave fantastic care , were always happy and very kind
Thank you to all the managers who planned , organised and supported my mom's care package! Would I recommend Caring Care - Yes to absolutely to anyone who needs them either for short or long term use! So much so mom and dad's neighbour is now using the service! Well done caring care in what is a tough industry you are showing that you put people first , your team are exceptional

Wonderful personal care and support was provided to my mom right up to the end. The team were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and they integrated fully with the family. Mom was always happy to see the carers who were kind and gentle and always professional. Special mention for Sam and Perveen.

After a very unhappy experience with another company, I wanted to ensure that I found the best care for my mum. I could not have chosen better with Caring Care as the support and care given has been excellent and my mum really looks forward to the twice daily visits. They are kind, cheerful, punctual
and have improved the quality of mum's life hugely. I am very grateful for all that they do.

My mom is bedridden with dementia. She has carers 4x daily. Caringcare are excellent. My mom is treated with respect and dignity. They make it possible for my mom to stay living in her own home their care towards her is always very respectful. They go above and beyond in all aspects of care. Cannot

We had 24 hour care for 3 days for my 95 year old mother while she was waiting to go into a rehabilitation centre. All the carers that we met who looked after my mother were very efficient, kind, respectful and considerate. They did a great job. I highly recommend using Caring Carers.

We tried two carer companys before and didn't have very good experiences at all, mom was feeling low wasn't eating but this all changed since using his one. As a family we would like to thank you for taking good care of our mother. In particular we have a girl who comes 6 days a week she is excellent
in her work and put a smile back on moms face, she should be proud of her self so a massive thank you too the young lady in particular and hopefully keep her as often we do now.
