From the first phone call with James, all the staff and carers have shown my mother and myself nothing but kindness, empathy and care. The standard from all the care staff has been outstanding and they have made my mothers journey that much easier. The carers often had mum laughing and smiling during
their visits which has been wonderful to see. I cannot find any fault with The Great Care Company and have no hesitation in recommending their service

Thoroughly impressed with the high standard of care given by a range of kind, caring staff.
Care is expensive but The Great Care Company was worth every penny as it allowed me and my husband to be daughter and son-in-law, rather than carers.
They even loved and looked after our dog, Darcey!

We are very pleased with The Great Care Company, they are enabling Mum to stay in her own home where she is happy and comfortable. They have been consistently good for over a year now. I feel lucky to have found them and happily recommend them to anyone with care needs.

My mother was very independent and resisted the idea of having care for some time. However, she soon came to regard her carers as friends and looked forward to seeing them. It was important to her that she always saw the same two ladies and that she knew exactly when they would be arriving. I was very
glad of their care.

I think the most important thing to say is that you know you are in good hands with The Great Care Company. They came recommended when we needed care for my mother and they've lived up to that recommendation. None of the family lives particularly close to Mum but she has a fantastic support network
in her village and the support she gets from The Great Care Company gives her the continuity and professional care that helps her feel safe and looked after.

The Great Care Company cared for my mum for about three months prior to her death in August 2023. They were always professional, but caring with it - we knew who was attending and they were always on time, happy to do anything she needed and mum looked forward to their visits. The continuity of care
was fantastic, they got to know mum quickly and delivered highly person-centred care, with extensive notes left so we could all see what had been going on - thoroughly recommend it!

The Great Care Company have provided an invaluable service to my mum over the past few months. We needed to set the package up fairly quickly and the team made it happen. The staff have all been friendly, reliable and caring. Given that I don't live locally to Mum, it has been a huge comfort to know
that she was being looked after so well. They were particularly kind when my dad was ill and subsequently passed away. I would thoroughly recommend them.

The Great Care Company’s service has been excellent. The carers have all been kind, helpful and friendly - even taking Mum out on shopping trips. A very professional yet individually oriented and locally run service.

I had to arrange care for my mum in April after she had been very unwell with covid, a prolonged hospital stay and then in a care home. Mum desperately wanted to go home and one carer, in particular, was extremely professional, helpful and most of all empathetic with our situation. She worked with both
my mum and myself to arrange assessments and an appropriate care package. Since my mum returned home in April, she has improved so much and thanks to the help and encouragement of care staff, she is now almost independent. It is with sadness that we are ending Mum's care package. However, should the need arise again, I would not hesitate to contact The Great Care Company again to see if they were in a position to support Mum. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

My sister has received excellent care from all the carers who have been coming to help her. They made her feel a lot better as she is lonely and cannot do much for herself due to illness and depression. She has deteriorated in health, so she has decided to go into a care home for now. If she gets well
enough to go home, she would love to have The Great Care Company carers again. They have been very reliable, kind and helpful. Thank you to all of you who have helped my sister. I will and have recommended you to all my contacts.

The carers for Mum are always friendly and efficient. She seems to be much more confident now, after her stay in hospital and then at home, with the support she receives from the carers. Mum talks positively about the 'girls' who visit and appreciates the things they do for her. I was impressed with
the time and diligence when setting up the support, in ensuring the correct care was provided for mum. I would have no hesitation in recommending the company.

The carers for my mum are reliable and efficient and normally punctual. All are extremely friendly and happy to chat whilst carrying out their duties. This is an important part, as being housebound, sometimes they are the only people she sees all day. An excellent care company that I would have no hesitation
in recommending.

We have been using the Great Care Company since July last year when my Uncle reached that stage in life when he needs that bit of daily care and help. I was naturally a little concerned over the choice of service supplier as you hear of so many things that can go wrong. I'm delighted to say that with
the Great Care Company I have found the ideal care and help provider for my Uncle as they are indeed caring, reliable and put the clients' welfare above all, always going that bit extra. So much so that my Uncle now refers to them as visits from his friends rather than carers. Very highly recommended and easy to liaise with on all fronts.

I have used The Great Care Company for one month now to help me care for my wife who has dementia and who can no longer speak, walk or do anything for herself. During this time the carers have acted in a truly professional manner in everything they do. They are punctual and always pleasant. Nothing
is too much trouble. I highly recommend them.

After finally accepting that I needed help to care for my father, I came across The Great Care Company. I read several reviews and decided to give them a call. I was delighted when they said they could provide care for my father and more importantly, at the same times he was used to me visiting. The
care has been fantastic! All of my father's carers are very friendly and it is very apparent that they love doing their jobs. On occasions, visit times have had to be altered due to staff holidays etc but they have done their utmost to ensure my father still gets his visits. Would highly recommend them!

My Aunt has regular visits from the carers and she is always looking forward to seeing them. She speaks so highly of them and loves their companionship. From the carers to the people in charge, everyone seems so kind and caring. We really cannot fault the service at all and my Mum is really pleased,
it's a weight off her shoulders knowing that my Aunt is cared for so well.

I visited my sister yesterday, the first time in 2 years and was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of her home. She greatly looks forward to her carers coming in and is looked after very well, in not always easy living circumstances. We are very happy with this service and we know my sister is.
