The GCC have been looking after my mother for the past few years. I can recommend the GCC for their kindness, dependability, and diligence during this period. Especially when escorting mum to her hospital visits on numerous occasions. They've never let me down, and I can always rely on James and Anne to sort out any issues, even at short notice, despite living over 200 miles away!

The care visits have gone extremely well. All carers have been excellent and have done an excellent job taking care of of mother. They have all been proactive, and highly responsive to the needs of my mother.

From the first phone call with James, all the staff and carers have shown my mother and myself nothing but kindness, empathy and care. We are very pleased with The Great Care Company, they are enabling Mum to stay in her own home where she is happy and comfortable. They have been consistently good for over a year now. I feel lucky to have found them and happily recommend them to anyone with care needs.

My mother was very independent and resisted the idea of having care for some time. However, she soon came to regard her carers as friends and looked forward to seeing them. It was important to her that she always saw the same two ladies and that she knew exactly when they would be arriving. I was very glad of their care.

The Great Care Company cared for my mum for about three months prior to her death in August 2023. They were always professional, but caring with it - we knew who was attending and they were always on time, happy to do anything she needed and mum looked forward to their visits. I had to arrange care for my mum in April after she had been very unwell with covid, a prolonged hospital stay and then in a care home. Mum desperately wanted to go home and one carer, in particular, was extremely professional, helpful and most of all empathetic with our situation. She worked with both my mum and myself to arrange assessments and an appropriate care package. Since my mum returned home in April, she has improved so much and thanks to the help and encouragement of care staff, she is now almost independent. It is with sadness that we are ending Mum's care package. However, should the need arise again, I would not hesitate to contact The Great Care Company again to see if they were in a position to support Mum. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

My sister has received excellent care from all the carers who have been coming to help her. They made her feel a lot better as she is lonely and cannot do much for herself due to illness and depression. She has deteriorated in health, so she has decided to go into a care home for now. The carers for Mum are always friendly and efficient. She seems to be much more confident now, after her stay in hospital and then at home, with the support she receives from the carers. Mum talks positively about the 'girls' who visit and appreciates the things they do for her. I was impressed with the time and diligence when setting up the support, in ensuring the correct care was provided for mum. I would have no hesitation in recommending the company.

The carers for my mum are reliable and efficient and normally punctual. All are extremely friendly and happy to chat whilst carrying out their duties. This is an important part, as being housebound, sometimes they are the only people she sees all day. An excellent care company that I would have no hesitation in recommending.

We have been using the Great Care Company since July last year when my Uncle reached that stage in life when he needs that bit of daily care and help. I was naturally a little concerned over the choice of service supplier as you hear of so many things that can go wrong. I'm delighted to say that with the Great Care Company I have found the ideal care and help provider for my Uncle as they are indeed caring, reliable and put the clients' welfare above all, always going that bit extra. So much so that my Uncle now refers to them as visits from his friends rather than carers. Very highly recommended and easy to liaise with on all fronts.

After finally accepting that I needed help to care for my father, I came across The Great Care Company. I read several reviews and decided to give them a call. I was delighted when they said they could provide care for my father and more importantly, at the same times he was used to me visiting. The care has been fantastic! All of my father's carers are very friendly and it is very apparent that they love doing their jobs. On occasions, visit times have had to be altered due to staff holidays etc but they have done their utmost to ensure my father still gets his visits. Would highly recommend them!
