From the first phone call with James, all the staff and carers have shown my mother and myself nothing but kindness, empathy and care. The standard from all the care staff has been outstanding and they have made my mothers journey that much easier. The carers often had mum laughing and smiling during
their visits which has been wonderful to see. I cannot find any fault with The Great Care Company and have no hesitation in recommending their service

Thoroughly impressed with the high standard of care given by a range of kind, caring staff.
Care is expensive but The Great Care Company was worth every penny as it allowed me and my husband to be daughter and son-in-law, rather than carers.
They even loved and looked after our dog, Darcey!
I would
thoroughly recommend this company to anyone looking for carers for their loved ones.

I would like to express my thanks for the all round care from all, at the great care company. The team that visited mum, the on going communications, the support they offered me and their commitment to continuity.
After my micro provider was priced out by the local council I experienced a company
that gave sub optimal care and to find the great care company was a relief.
They are approachable and kind , thank you all of you in your support and care of mum.

My mother was very independent and resisted the idea of having care for some time. However, she soon came to regard her carers as friends and looked forward to seeing them. It was important to her that she always saw the same two ladies and that she knew exactly when they would be arriving. I was very

I think the most important thing to say is that you know you are in good hands with The Great Care Company. They came recommended when we needed care for my mother and they've lived up to that recommendation. None of the family lives particularly close to Mum but she has a fantastic support network
in her village and the support she gets from The Great Care Company gives her the continuity and professional care that helps her feel safe and looked after.

The Great Care Company cared for my mum for about three months prior to her death in August 2023. They were always professional, but caring with it - we knew who was attending and they were always on time, happy to do anything she needed and mum looked forward to their visits. The continuity of care
was fantastic, they got to know mum quickly and delivered highly person-centred care, with extensive notes left so we could all see what had been going on - thoroughly recommend it!

The Great Care Company have provided an invaluable service to my mum over the past few months. We needed to set the package up fairly quickly and the team made it happen. The staff have all been friendly, reliable and caring. Given that I don't live locally to Mum, it has been a huge comfort to know
that she was being looked after so well. They were particularly kind when my dad was ill and subsequently passed away. I would thoroughly recommend them.

After two false starts with other care providers, we were finally allowed to select The Great Care Company. After the earlier delays, my wife was becoming more ill and from May 10th we were so lucky to have the care provided by The Great Care Company staff. Every member of staff has been unbelievable!
In my 86 years, I have never met such a kind, efficient and helpful team of people. The two staff who started our journey happened to be on shift on May 3rd when my wife passed away and were a great comfort to me, staying even when they had further calls to make.
I am in awe at the quality of the care my wife and I have received. Yes, they were caring for me too.
I feel that the secret lies in the company name. The Great Care Company. They certainly showed great care to us.

Very pleased with the service. Since my elderly mum started to get visits, it has not only helped with the challenges of daily life but also with her general well-being. We never expected our mother to willingly accept the level of care required, but she did, enabling her to live out her life where she wanted to be - at home. I had to arrange care for my mum in April after she had been very unwell with covid, a prolonged hospital stay and then in a care home. Mum desperately wanted to go home and one carer, in particular, was extremely professional, helpful and most of all empathetic with our situation. She worked with both
my mum and myself to arrange assessments and an appropriate care package. Since my mum returned home in April, she has improved so much and thanks to the help and encouragement of care staff, she is now almost independent. It is with sadness that we are ending Mum's care package. However, should the need arise again, I would not hesitate to contact The Great Care Company again to see if they were in a position to support Mum. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

My sister has received excellent care from all the carers who have been coming to help her. They made her feel a lot better as she is lonely and cannot do much for herself due to illness and depression. She has deteriorated in health, so she has decided to go into a care home for now. If she gets well
enough to go home, she would love to have The Great Care Company carers again. They have been very reliable, kind and helpful. Thank you to all of you who have helped my sister. I will and have recommended you to all my contacts.

The carers for Mum are always friendly and efficient. She seems to be much more confident now, after her stay in hospital and then at home, with the support she receives from the carers. Mum talks positively about the 'girls' who visit and appreciates the things they do for her. I was impressed with
the time and diligence when setting up the support, in ensuring the correct care was provided for mum. I would have no hesitation in recommending the company.

The carers for my mum are reliable and efficient and normally punctual. All are extremely friendly and happy to chat whilst carrying out their duties. This is an important part, as being housebound, sometimes they are the only people she sees all day. An excellent care company that I would have no hesitation
