My daughter is very slow at forming relationships and interacting with people she is unfamiliar with, however despite only having recently started receiving care from Blue Angel carers she has, in this short time, relaxed totally. She feels confident reminding them of procedures (or pointing out things
they may have missed!). She enjoys hearing about and joining in their daily chit-chat.
Having had a bad experience with a poor level of competency from a previous care provider I am very pleased to say that, although I will always keep a very watchful eye out, I feel comfortable leaving my daughter to be looked after by Blue Angel staff. The care support plan drawn up is very thorough and I was impressed one morning when a 'spot check' was carried out on carers.

Since returning home after a broken hip my Mother has had daily visits and always receives wonderful kind and caring support.
As a company the whole team go the extra mile to help and ensure that she is getting exactly the help she needs. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

At this present time, I have four carers coming in each day to help me with my care and any other help I need. I feel I am very lucky as it enables me to continue living in my own home. It also gives my family peace of mind so they know I am alright, or if there is a problem Blue Angel will let them
know.

There are no words for how much the amazing team go above and beyond for my Mum, especially three carers in particular. Blue Angel Care has been providing Mum's care for over two years now and has been excellent in ensuring well-trained, competent and importantly, sensitive, staff understanding of Mum's needs as she has dementia. They are prompt and have helped me adapt to Mum's needs as her dementia progresses. All
staff and management are friendly and have been a huge help in assisting with Mum at home.

The care Blue Angel has provided during the past 5 months has enabled my mother to continue living in her long-time home as per her wishes despite living alone and not having any relatives nearby to look after her. The quality of service is excellent and everyone we've met has been professional and
friendly. They have helped Mum settle into a routine after a prolonged difficult period. Not only has she had good home care, Blue Angel has accompanied her to medical and dental appointments. They take her out for short daily walks from the house weather permitting. These have helped boost her mood, as have occasional trips out to the cinema and a local garden centre.

I have had the Blue Angels since December 23, and in the main time, 4 times a week up until now. That has been a relatively straightforward hour of "getting up" and showering, and dressing, breakfast. Experience tells with the 'carers' during the 'hour,' but only a couple were a little 'wanting' in
their attitudes. Timing is the only grumble, but as long as they can contact us if they are going to be late due to the inevitable traffic - fine! Otherwise very good service!

We have been delighted with the care that Mum has received from Blue Angel Care Farnham. The carers have all been kind and professional in their dealings with her and have become an essential service to enable her to cope at home.
This has been our first experience of home care and initially, my mother
was very suspicious about having people in her house but now she has seen for herself just how much difference the help has made to her day-to-day life, she looks forward to the visits.
I would happily recommend this company, we have found them polite and reliable and willing to go the extra mile to make sure the client is happy.

Blue Angel helped me to care for my husband in the last few weeks of his life when he was bed-ridden and eventually unable to move. They enabled me to keep him at home, where he wanted to be, and always treated both of us with real care, kindness and dignity. We had a laugh too at times and I can honestly
say every one of the carers who helped was a real credit to Blue Angel and, with visits three times a day, including evenings, we were never let down.
