Before our Monday to Friday carers, it was extremely stressed caring for my disabled husband, I was at breaking point. The lads have made our lives so much better, they take pride in their work. I would highly recommend the Monday to Friday carers. They even make me a cup of tea and breakfast in the
morning! They really cheer me up.

Friendly, caring and helpful staff. They are always happy to help with my needs. Due to my anxiety I struggled receiving different carers each time so I rang the office and they were very understanding and now for the majority of my care I have the same carer who is brilliant.

My daughter and I cannot praise highly enough, the care given to my late husband, Dad, from Dec to Feb when sadly he passed away in hospital. All of the carers to name some of the carers that had an involvement in caring for him, in our home, were so devoted in making him comfortable in every way, respecting
him from the very start, they almost became part of our family, took so much pressure of myself in wanting only the best for his care. I will forever be grateful to you all in making his last days with us happy as well.

The quality of care is above and beyond. I was advised by her to consult a doctor which I did and she maybe saved my life as I was sent into hospital (critical). Your office staff as well are polite and helpful. As a company you should be proud of your workers and I would recommend you as reliable,
caring company to use of need in the future.

We have been extremely happy with the care that has been given to my mother. All carers have been incredibly kind, respectful and very patient, showing attentiveness to my mother's needs. The carers have shown a genuine concern and care her wellbeing, making sure she can be as comfortable as possible
in her own home.
The carers were always punctual and kept me informed of any changes or needs. Mum's dignity was always of foremost importance.

I was discharged from hospital 5 days ago. My cares were with me within 20 minutes. We were able to discuss my needs during the first visit. My carers have attended to my needs with care and friendly attitude.The carers supervisor visited within 48 hours and we were able to ensure my needs were fully
documented. My needs include personal hygiene and food preparation.

We have had excellent services from our carers at Esteem Life Care. My father is very forgetful and needs both physical and mental support at all times. The carer is always gentle with him, especially at wash time and tries to encourage him as much as she can. The carer is very polite and compassionate
with both my elderly parents. They are treated with dignity and respect at all times. From a personal point, I feel reassured that my parents are in safe hands and are treated like family as they have spoken to in Gujarati. Thank you for your amazing staff who provide a wonderful service.

After completing research into home care providers in the Preston area, I selected Esteemed based on their online reviews and after talking to the registered manager. The care package was put in place very quickly, and the carers have been brilliant with Mum.

The regular carer who comes to me is incredible always kind friendly and courteous. Nothing is ever a bother for her. I know that I can talk to her about anything and she always brightens my day.
