I am very happy with the care I am receiving. The carer is on time. On the odd occasion if he is going to be late he always calls me to let me know. The carer doesn't cut any corners and makes sure all tasks have been done. He doesn't rush. Finally the carers have always been respectful. I wouldn't hesitate recommending them to other clients.

They keep changing my timings and the principal carer without informing or consulting me. I have raised this issue several times, but the same thing continues to happen. They do not seem to take our hospital appointments or daily routine into consideration when making these changes.

I have reviewed your care schedule over the last 5-6 weeks, and I can see that your care times have not been significantly changed. On occasions, we may need to adjust visit times slightly due to operational reasons, such as staff availability or emergencies....

Both my carers morning and evening. Have become friends. They do everything I ask of them. They are caring and meet my every need. In fact, I miss them terribly when they have time off. But also, the carers that replace them are just as good as replacements.

My carer is very good and will do anything I ask her to do. Is relyable and keeps to the time she is expected to come. She makes my breakfast with is very tasty and tidys the kitchen when needed. She has a good sense of humer and is always cheerful

We have found the care staff at Esteemed Life Care to be diligent, friendly, well informed and very hard working. My daughter is not always easy to understand or very cooperative at times when she needs personal care but the staff who support her quietly get on with what needs doing without complaint. The staff really try hard to respond to our daughters needs and at times go above and beyond all that is asked of them. You are very fortunate to have such a dedicated staff in your employ. I only hope that your care of them is as good as their care for us.
