I've had the same carer for the last few weeks and she has done an excellent job. She really knows her way around the house now and just gets on with her work without cutting corners. Very considerate and easy to talk to as well.

Overall Experience

I am very happy with the care I am receiving. The carer is on time. On the odd occasion if he is going to be late he always calls me to let me know. The carer doesn't cut any corners and makes sure all tasks have been done. He doesn't rush. Finally the carers have always been respectful. I wouldn't hesitate recommending them to other clients.

Overall Experience

They keep changing my timings and the principal carer without informing or consulting me. I have raised this issue several times, but the same thing continues to happen. They do not seem to take our hospital appointments or daily routine into consideration when making these changes.

Overall Experience

We were lucky to have Sapna, and she was a dream. She was kind, considerate and no task was too small. She was friendly every day and presented my mum with her meals on trays in an appealing way.
Always checked the routine stuff, and cleaned the kitchen afterwards.

I would highly recommend Sapna, she is a gem in your organisation and I wish her every success in life.

Both my carers morning and evening. Have become friends. They do everything I ask of them. They are caring and meet my every need. In fact, I miss them terribly when they have time off. But also, the carers that replace them are just as good as replacements.

I feel very happy with MY REGULAR CARES and feel comfortable with them. I don't have to explained because they know me very well. I feel very safe and secure . They treat with respect and dignity.

Overall Experience

We have found the care staff at Esteemed Life Care to be diligent, friendly, well informed and very hard working. My daughter is not always easy to understand or very cooperative at times when she needs personal care but the staff who support her quietly get on with what needs doing without complaint. The staff really try hard to respond to our daughters needs and at times go above and beyond all that is asked of them. You are very fortunate to have such a dedicated staff in your employ. I only hope that your care of them is as good as their care for us.
