They keep changing my timings and the principal carer without informing or consulting me. I have raised this issue several times, but the same thing continues to happen. They do not seem to take our hospital appointments or daily routine into consideration when making these changes.

On occasions, we may need to adjust visit times slightly due to operational reasons, such as staff availability or emergencies. We always aim to keep these changes to a minimum while ensuring everyone receives their care.
We also make every effort to accommodate hospital appointments and other important commitments. If you have an upcoming appointment or need your visit time adjusted, please contact a member of the management team as soon as possible. This allows us to plan your rota accordingly and provide the support you need.
For future reference, if you discuss any concerns or requests directly with the management team, we will be in the best position to assist you with appointment arrangements and any necessary changes to your care schedule.

We have found the care staff at Esteemed Life Care to be diligent, friendly, well informed and very hard working. My daughter is not always easy to understand or very cooperative at times when she needs personal care but the staff who support her quietly get on with what needs doing without complaint. The staff really try hard to respond to our daughters needs and at times go above and beyond all that is asked of them. You are very fortunate to have such a dedicated staff in your employ. I only hope that your care of them is as good as their care for us.
