Terrible service. Always late, that's if they turn up at all. Can never get hold of the supervisor to complain. Don't even know what the patient's needs are. Left a rota of what's to be done and on what days and it's ignored.

Provision of help to my mother is inconsistent and overall unsatisfactory. Her condition has deteriorated but this company does not review her circumstances and change to adapt to her needs. Two issues have not been resolved satisfactorily. First, she requires attendance three times a day but times on two of these visits are unsatisfactory e.g. recently her breakfast was given at 11.45am and dinner was around 2.00pm which she did not want as she just had breakfast!! Instead had sandwiches, consequently no substantial meal given on that day. Company contact concerning visiting times has led to no changes been adopted. Secondly, the failure to provide trained staff who are able to give medication other than with a 'bubble pack'. As she is blind and consequently cannot know what tablets should be given she is dependent on carers to give her the correct medication and dosage since there is no one else available. Having different carers during the day/week is inappropriate for a blind person.

This company provides excellent care and the staff do good work. I am being looked after really well and I couldn't ask for better. The carers are 100% committed to their work. They are always on time and do their work with dignity.
