Absolutely awful. Poorly trained. Staff, some with poor English skills, seem unable to perform simple tasks like change an overnight catheter. Left one night with catheter leaking everywhere. Seren's excuse was they were not familiar with the hospital type I had received, not happy and contemplating
legal advice.
